WARNING:
MAKE SURE THAT THE PNEUMATIC SYSTEM IS DEPRESSURIZED BEFORE YOU START WORK. PRESSURIZED AIR CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONNEL.

A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Make sure that the aircraft electrical circuits are energized (Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-861-002).
(2) Make sure that the potable water system is depressurized (Ref. AMM TASK 38-10-00-614-002).
(3) Make sure that the WARNING NOTICE(S) is(are) in position to tell persons not to pressurize the potable water system.
(4) Make sure that the aft cargo-compartment door is open (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-001) (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-003).
(5) Make sure that the ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) - ADJUSTABLE is in position.
(6) Make sure that partition 161DW is removed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-54-12-000-001).

(5) Make sure that the ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) - ADJUSTABLE is in position.
(6) Make sure that partition 131PW is removed (Ref. AMM TASK 25-54-12-000-001).
Subtask 38-41-44-865-051-A (1) Make sure that the aircraft electrical circuits are energized (Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-861-002).
(2) Make sure that the potable water system is depressurized (Ref. AMM TASK 38-10-00-614-002).

Subtask 38-41-44-420-050-A
A. Installation of Shuttle Valve 4215MM
(2) Put shuttle valve 4215MM (2) in position.
(3) Connect the hose connections (1) and tighten them.
(4) If removed, put the clamp (5) in position.
(5) If removed, install the washer (4), the screw (3), and the nut (6).
(6) Tighten the nut (6).
(7) Remove the WARNING NOTICE(S).
Subtask 38-41-44-865-052-A WARNING:
DO NOT TOUCH THE UNIT UNTIL IT IS SUFFICIENTLY COOL TO PREVENT BURNS WHEN YOU DO THE MAINTENANCE TASK(S).
(1) Remove the PLUG - BLANKING from each disconnected line end. (2) Put shuttle valve 4215MM (2) in position.
(3) Connect the hose connections (1) and tighten them.
(4) If removed, put the clamp (5) in position.
(5) If removed, install the washer (4), the screw (3), and the nut (6).
(6) Tighten the nut (6).
(7) Remove the WARNING NOTICE(S).
B. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s):

C. Preparation for Test
(1) Fill the potable water system (Ref. AMM TASK 12-15-38-613-001) (Ref. AMM TASK 12-15-38-613-002).
(2) Pressurize the potable water system (Ref. AMM TASK 38-10-00-614-001) (Ref. AMM TASK 38-10-00-614-003).
Subtask 38-41-44-710-050-A (1) Fill the potable water system (Ref. AMM TASK 12-15-38-613-001) (Ref. AMM TASK 12-15-38-613-002).
(2) Pressurize the potable water system (Ref. AMM TASK 38-10-00-614-001) (Ref. AMM TASK 38-10-00-614-003).
D. Test
(1) Do the leak test of the component (Ref. AMM TASK 38-41-00-790-001).
(2) Do the operational test of the potable-water air supply-system (Ref. AMM TASK 38-41-00-710-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 38-41-00-710-002).
5. Close-up(1) Do the leak test of the component (Ref. AMM TASK 38-41-00-790-001).

A. Close Access
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Install partition 161DW (Ref. AMM TASK 25-55-12-400-001).
(3) Remove the access platform(s).
(4) Close the aft cargo-compartment door (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-002) (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-004).
Subtask 38-41-44-410-050-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Install partition 161DW (Ref. AMM TASK 25-55-12-400-001).
(3) Remove the access platform(s).
(4) Close the aft cargo-compartment door (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-002) (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-004).
A. Close Access
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Install partition 131PW (Ref. AMM TASK 25-54-12-400-001).
(3) Remove the access platform(s).
(4) Close the forward cargo-compartment door (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-002) (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-004).
Subtask 38-41-44-862-050-A (1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Install partition 131PW (Ref. AMM TASK 25-54-12-400-001).
(3) Remove the access platform(s).
