4. Procedure
Subtask 38-41-00-790-051-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Leak Check of the Air Supply System
   (1) Close the shutoff valves in the lavatories and galleys.
   (2) Make sure that the depressurization system on the FAP is not ON.
   (3) Pressurize the system to between 39 psi (2.6890 bar) and 41 psi (2.8269 bar).
   (4) Make sure that the pressure indication on the manometer is stable between 22 psi (1.5168 bar) and 33 psi (2.2753 bar) (Ref. AMM TASK 38-41-00-710-001).
   (5) Stop the pressure supply to the potable-water service panel.
   (6) Make sure that the pressure indication at the manometer stays the same after 20 min.
   (7) Increase the pressure at the potable-water service panel to 55 +0 psi or -3 psi (3.7921 +0.0000 bar or -0.2068 bar) and keep this pressure for 5 min.
   (8) Do a check for leaks at the air lines from the potable water service panel to the potable water tank.
NOTE: Leakage at the adjuster of the pressure reducing and relief valve 4200MM is permitted.
   (9) Stop the pressure supply to the potable-water service panel.
   (10) Put the fill/drain handle to the FILL position for approximately 5 seconds to release the pressure from the system.
   (11) Open the shutoff valves in the lavatories and galleys.
