A. Installation of the Vacuum System Controller 31MG
(1) Inspect the connector pins at the controller for good condition.
(2) Inspect the sockets at the vacuum controller tray for good condition.
(3) Carefully install the vacuum controller (2) in the vacuum controller tray.
(4) Safety the vacuum controller (2) with the fastener (1).

B. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s):

C. Do the Test
(1) Do the bite test of the vacuum toilet system (Ref. AMM TASK 38-31-00-740-001).
(2) Operate the flush knob of a toilet and make sure that it flushes correctly (Ref. AMM TASK 38-31-00-710-009).

5. Close-up
Subtask 38-31-34-410-050-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. Close Access
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Install the access panel 162BW and/or the access panel 162AW.
(3) Close the AFT cargo-compartment door (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-002).
(4) Remove the access platform(s).

A. Close Access
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Install the access panel 162GW and the aft corner section.
(3) Close the BULK cargo-compartment door.
(4) Remove the access platform(s).

B. De-energize the ground service network
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-42-00-862-001).
