   (1) Get access to the cabin.
   (2) Put an ACCESS PLATFORM 3M (10 FT) in position under the waste service panel.
   (3) Open the waste service-panel door 172AR.

A. Do the Test of the liquid level Sensor 41MG and Transmitter 40MG.
ACTION
RESULT
1.At the toilet service panel:
  • fill the waste holding tank 3300MM with 85 +5 -5 l (22.45 +1.32 -1.32 USgal) of water.
On the Forward Attendant Panel (FAP) 120RH/miscellaneous panel WATER AND WASTE 124RH:
  • the waste level indicator indicates 50% on the scale.
2.In the lavatory:
  • push the flush switch 51MG.
In the vacuum toilet system:
  • the vacuum generator 37MG does not operate.
  • the toilet does not flush.
    On the FAP 120RH/miscellaneous panel WATER AND WASTE 124RH:
  • the toilet SYST INOP light is on.
3.On the toilet service panel:
  • push and hold the limit switch 44MG.

4.In the lavatory:
  • push the flush switch 51MG.
In the vacuum toilet system:
  • the vacuum generator 37MG starts to operate.
  • approx. 0.2 l (0.05 USgal) of water flows into the toilet bowl.
  • air flows out of the ventilation port of the vacuum generator.
  • the toilet flush valve opens and the suction removes the water.
5.At the toilet service panel:
  • fill the waste holding tank 3300MM with 170 +17 -8.5 l (44.91 +4.5 -2.25 USgal) of water.
  • push and hold the limit switch 44MG.
On the FAP 120RH/miscellaneous panel WATER AND WASTE 124RH:
  • the waste level indicator shows 100% on the scale.
  • the SYST INOP light is on.
6.In the lavatory:
  • push the flush switch 51MG.
In the lavatory:
  • the toilet does not flush.

On the FAP 120RH/miscellaneous panel WATER AND WASTE 124RH:
  • the SYST INOP light remains on.

A. Do the Test of the liquid level Sensor 41MG and Transmitter 40MG.

RESULT
1.At the toilet service panel:
  • fill the waste holding tank 3300MM with 85 +5 -5 l (22.45 +1.32 -1.32 USgal) of water.
On the toilet service panel:
  • the quantity indicator shows 1/2 FULL.

On the Forward Attendant Panel (FAP) 120RH/miscellaneous panel WATER AND WASTE 124RH:

5. Close-up
Subtask 38-31-00-080-055-A
A. Remove the Equipment
   (1) Do the servicing of the waste holding tank (Ref. AMM TASK 12-16-38-613-001).
   (2) Disconnect the service vehicle from the waste tank flush-connections.

B. Close Access
   (1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
   (2) Close the access panel 172AR
   (3) Remove the access platform(s).

C. De-energize the ground service network
