  • ON THE WASTE WATER SYSTEM, OR
  • ON PARTS THAT HAVE CONTAMINATION FROM THE WASTE WATER SYSTEM.

4. Procedure
Subtask 38-31-00-100-069-A
A. Cleaning of the Flush Ring Assembly
   (1) To prepare the cleaning solution, mix 1 part of vinegar with 1 part of water.
NOTE: You can add 10-20 drops of pine oil or lemon oil to each liter of the vinegar cleaning solution for more pleasant scent.
   (2) To prepare the strong disinfectant solution, mix 1 part of DISINFECTANT SOAP with 50 parts of water.
   (3) Put the flush ring assembly in a solution of vinegar for approximately 1 hour.
   (4) Remove the flush ring assembly from the solution.
   (5) Use a cleaning solution and a BRUSH - BRISTLED, SOFT to remove the dirt, grime and mineral particles.
   (6) Flush the flush ring assembly with clean hot water.
   (7) Use a strong disinfectant solution and a BRUSH - BRISTLED, SOFT to remove the remaining unwanted material.
   (8) Make sure that all the holes in the flush-ring assembly are open.
   (9) Use an AIR SOURCE 1.7 TO 2 BAR (25 TO 30 PSI) - FILTERED, DRY or a Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) to dry the flush-ring assembly.

   (2) Make sure that there are no leaks:
     (a) If there are leaks in the system, repair them.
