A. Cleaning Equipment
   (1) Use the CLEANING EQUIPMENT VACLAV - TANK, INTERN to clean the waste lines.
NOTE: As an equivalent, use the cleaning equipment:
The cleaning equipment is connected to an applicable power supply. Refer to the GSE manufacturer's instruction.
     (a) The high-pressure cleaning equipment (VACLAV 2) has a high pressure and a vacuum source.
1 The high pressure source has:
  • A high-pressure water pump with a working pressure of 400 bar (5801.5080 psi) and a flow rate of 17 l.min (4.4909 USgal.mn)
  • A high-pressure hose, 10 mm (0.3937 in.) dia. and 50 m (164.05 ft.) long.
       2 The vacuum source has:
  • A high-pressure water pump with a working pressure of 200 bar (2900.7540 psi). This pump operates a venturi injector to make a vacuum between 250 mbar (3.63 psi) and 270 mbar (3.92 psi).
     (b) Other related components of the cleaning equipment (VACLAV 2) are:
  • A suction and pressure adapter
  • A vacuum hose
  • A restrictor hose assembly
  • A self-propelling spray nozzle.
       1 The spray nozzle has:
  • 8 sapphire-tip nozzles ( 0.3 mm (0.0118 in.) dia.) which point at an angle of 15 degrees to the rear
  • 2 driving nozzles ( 0.5 mm (0.0197 in.) dia.) to push the spray nozzle forward (which also point to the rear).
