NOTE: It is not necessary to disconnect the electrical connectors for this procedure.
     (a) Remove the shell clamp and disconnect the toilet assembly from the elbow of the main vacuum line.
NOTE: It is not necessary to remove the toilet assembly.
   (6) Assemble the CLEANING EQUIPMENT VACLAV - TANK, INTERN.
NOTE: The high-pressure cleaning equipment has these parts:
     (a) A high-pressure water pump-VACLAV cleaner
     (b) A high-pressure hose (10 MM (0.39 IN.) dia., 40 m (131 ft.) long-VACLAV cleaner)
     (c) A spray nozzle-VACLAV cleaner with the parts that follow:
  • 6 nozzles in the rear direction (0.8 MM (0.03 IN.) dia.) at an angle of 40 deg (40 deg)
  • 1 nozzle in the front direction (0.8 MM (0.03 IN.) dia).
CAUTION: MAKE SURE THAT THE HOSE DOES NOT GO INTO THE WATER SEPARATOR. IF THE HOSE GOES INTO THE WATER SEPARATOR, DAMAGE TO THE WATER SEPARATOR AND THE WASTE HOLDING TANK CAN OCCUR.
   (7) Clean the toilet waste lines as follows:
     (a) Put the spray nozzle approximately 1 m (3.28 ft.) into the aircraft waste line.
NOTE: Warm water with a maximum temperature of 60 DEG.C (140 DEG.F) will make the cleaning procedure easier.
     (b) Operate the high-pressure water pump at a maximum pressure of 100 bar (1450 psi).
     (c) Slowly push the high-pressure hose into the waste line, and if necessary, apply Silicone base Grease-General Purpose - - (Material No.03JBA1) to the high-pressure hose.
