A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Make sure that the ground service network is energized from the external power (Ref. AMM TASK 24-42-00-861-001).
Subtask 38-30-00-560-052-A (1) Make sure that the ground service network is energized from the external power (Ref. AMM TASK 24-42-00-861-001).
B. Preparation of the Wastewater Drain lines for Installation
(1) Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.
(2) Make sure that the bonding straps and strips are in a good condition.
(3) Install new bonding strips (16) in the clamps (17) if necessary.
(4) Example B.
(a) Loosely install the rubber sleeves (4) and the clamps (3) on one side of the drain lines (2) before you install them.
4. Procedure(1) Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.
(2) Make sure that the bonding straps and strips are in a good condition.
(3) Install new bonding strips (16) in the clamps (17) if necessary.
(4) Example B.
(a) Loosely install the rubber sleeves (4) and the clamps (3) on one side of the drain lines (2) before you install them.

(a) Put the wastewater drain lines (2) in position.

(a) Put the wastewater drain line (7) in position.

(a) Put the spacers (22) and the clamps (23) in position.
(b) Install the screws (19), the washers (18) and the nuts (15) but do not tighten them at this time.
(4) Example H.
(a) Put the spacers (22) and the clamps (23) in position.
(b) Put the clamps (21) in position.
(c) Install the screws (19), the bonding straps (20), the washers (18) and the nuts (15) but do not tighten them at this time.

(a) Tighten the nuts (15) and the screws (19).
(13) Do the bonding of the drain lines (Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-912-802).

A. Close Access
(1) Example A.
(a) Install the insulation (1).
(2) Install the heater elements (Ref. AMM TASK 30-71-53-400-001).
(3) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(4) Install the access panel(s) that you removed to get access to the wastewater drain lines.
(5) Close the access door(s).
(6) Remove the access platform(s).

(a) Install the insulation (1).
(2) Install the heater elements (Ref. AMM TASK 30-71-53-400-001).
(3) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(4) Install the access panel(s) that you removed to get access to the wastewater drain lines.
(5) Close the access door(s).
(6) Remove the access platform(s).
