B. Get Access
(1) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 3M (10 FT) in position at the potable water-service panel.
(2) Open the AFT cargo compartment door (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-001).
(3) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) in position at the AFT cargo compartment door.
(4) In the AFT cargo compartment, on the control panel 5024VE set the light switch 30LU to the ON position.
(5) Remove the access panel 161DW.
(6) Open the access door 171AL of the potable water-service panel.
Subtask 38-14-17-865-050-A (1) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 3M (10 FT) in position at the potable water-service panel.
(2) Open the AFT cargo compartment door (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-001).
(3) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) in position at the AFT cargo compartment door.
(4) In the AFT cargo compartment, on the control panel 5024VE set the light switch 30LU to the ON position.
(5) Remove the access panel 161DW.
(6) Open the access door 171AL of the potable water-service panel.

A. Removal of the Drain Limit Switch 3MP
(1) Disconnect the electrical connector 3MP-A (5).
(2) Put the CAP-BLANKING on each disconnected electrical connector and receptacle.
(4) Remove the nut (1), the washer (2) and the drain limit switch 3MP (4).
(1) Disconnect the electrical connector 3MP-A (5).
(2) Put the CAP-BLANKING on each disconnected electrical connector and receptacle.
WARNING:
USE GOGGLES AND GLOVES WHEN YOU REMOVE OR INSTALL LOCKWIRE. EACH TIME YOU CUT LOCKWIRE, REMOVE AND DISCARD IT IMMEDIATELY. LOOSE LOCKWIRE CAN CUT YOU OR MAKE YOU BLIND, AND/OR CAN CAUSE DAMAGE.
(3) Remove and discard the lockwire from the nut (1). (4) Remove the nut (1), the washer (2) and the drain limit switch 3MP (4).
