Subtask 38-12-41-860-056-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Make sure that the ground service network is energized from the external power (Ref. AMM TASK 24-42-00-861-001).
(2) Make sure that the potable water system is depressurized (Ref. AMM TASK 38-10-00-614-002).
(3) Make sure that the potable water-shutoff valve in the lavatory is closed.
(4) Make sure that the WARNING NOTICE(S) are in position to tell persons not to open the potable-water shutoff valve in the lavatory.
(5) Make sure that a container to collect unwanted material is in position.
Subtask 38-12-41-865-053-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Make sure that the ground service network is energized from the external power (Ref. AMM TASK 24-42-00-861-001).
(2) Make sure that the potable water system is depressurized (Ref. AMM TASK 38-10-00-614-002).
(3) Make sure that the potable water-shutoff valve in the lavatory is closed.
(4) Make sure that the WARNING NOTICE(S) are in position to tell persons not to open the potable-water shutoff valve in the lavatory.

Subtask 38-12-41-420-053-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Installation of the Hydraulic Box
(1) Put the hydraulic box (10) in its installation position and install the washers (3) and the screws (4).
(2) Put the bonding strap (9) in position and install the washer (8) and the screw (7).
(3) Protect the bonding (Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-912-802).
(4) Remove the PLUG-BLANKING from each disconnected line end.
(5) Make sure that the line end-fittings are serviceable.
(6) Install the inline filters (Ref. AMM TASK 38-12-41-400-007).
(7) Connect the connection (1).

(9) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.
Subtask 38-12-41-865-069-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Put the hydraulic box (10) in its installation position and install the washers (3) and the screws (4).
(2) Put the bonding strap (9) in position and install the washer (8) and the screw (7).
(3) Protect the bonding (Ref. AMM TASK 20-28-00-912-802).
(4) Remove the PLUG-BLANKING from each disconnected line end.
(5) Make sure that the line end-fittings are serviceable.
(6) Install the inline filters (Ref. AMM TASK 38-12-41-400-007).
(7) Connect the connection (1).
CAUTION:
WHEN YOU TORQUE THE NUT, ALWAYS USE A SECOND WRENCH TO APPLY A COUNTERTORQUE TO THE FITTING.
(8) TORQUE the connection (1) to between 0.627 and 0.513 m.daN (55.49 and 45.40 lbf.in )
. (9) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.
CAUTION:
MAKE SURE THAT THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTORS ARE CLEAN BEFORE YOU DISCONNECT OR CONNECT THEM. CONTAMINATION ON THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTORS CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(10) Connect the electrical connector (2). B. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s):

A. Leak Test
(1) Remove the CONTAINER 5 L (1.32 USGAL).
(2) Open the potable water-shutoff valve in the lavatory.
(3) Pressurize the potable water system (Ref. AMM TASK 38-10-00-614-001).
(4) Operate the water faucet and make sure that there are no leaks at the hydraulic box (10).
Subtask 38-12-41-710-053-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Remove the CONTAINER 5 L (1.32 USGAL).
(2) Open the potable water-shutoff valve in the lavatory.
(3) Pressurize the potable water system (Ref. AMM TASK 38-10-00-614-001).
(4) Operate the water faucet and make sure that there are no leaks at the hydraulic box (10).
NOTE: Leaks are not permitted.
(5) Put the cover (5) in its installation position and install the screws (6). B. Operational Test
(1) Do the operational test of the electronic water faucet (Ref. AMM TASK 38-12-41-710-001).

C. Local Disinfection
(1) Do the local disinfection of the potable-water system components (Ref. AMM TASK 38-10-00-670-805).

D. Close Access
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.

(3) Remove the WARNING NOTICE(S).
