A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Make sure that the ground service network is energized from the external power (Ref. AMM TASK 24-42-00-861-001).
(2) Make sure that the potable water system is depressurized (Ref. AMM TASK 38-10-00-614-002).
(3) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.

A. Installation of the Electronic Water Faucet
(1) Disinfect the faucet assembly (1) and the connections between the flexible water hose (7) and the hydraulic box (3) with Disinfectant-Potable Water System - Legacy (Material No.11AKG9) .
(3) Turn the electronic water faucet assembly (1) clockwise to lock it in position.
(4) Install the setscrew (2) and tighten it.
(5) Remove the blanking plug and the blanking caps.
(6) Connect the flexible water hose (7) to the hydraulic box (3).
(7) Make sure that all the electrical connections are clean and in the correct condition.
(8) Connect the electrical connectors (5) and (6) to the electronic control box (4).
5. Close-up(1) Disinfect the faucet assembly (1) and the connections between the flexible water hose (7) and the hydraulic box (3) with Disinfectant-Potable Water System - Legacy (Material No.11AKG9) .
NOTE: Spray disinfectant from a distance of approximately 10 cm maximum.
NOTE: The disinfectant must react with surfaces for 5 minutes minimum.
NOTE: The disinfected components should not be dried after the disinfection and should be installed in wet condition.
NOTE: As an alternative use disinfectants HERLISIL, H Bio T50 or SANOSIL. The concentration of H202 in these disinfectants must be decreased to 3%.
(2) Put the electronic water faucet assembly (1) in position (approximately 30 degrees left from the vertical position). (3) Turn the electronic water faucet assembly (1) clockwise to lock it in position.
(4) Install the setscrew (2) and tighten it.
(5) Remove the blanking plug and the blanking caps.
(6) Connect the flexible water hose (7) to the hydraulic box (3).
(7) Make sure that all the electrical connections are clean and in the correct condition.
(8) Connect the electrical connectors (5) and (6) to the electronic control box (4).

A. Pressurize the potable water system (Ref. AMM TASK 38-10-00-614-001) and examine the water faucet for leaks, leaks are not permitted.
