D. Get Access
(1) Get access to the passenger cabin.
(2) Open the door of the lavatory.
(3) Open the sanitary cabinet door.
(4) Remove the toilet shroud (Ref. AMM TASK 25-45-22-000-001)
(5) Put a CONTAINER 1 L (1/4 USGAL) below the shutoff valve (12).
4. Procedure(1) Get access to the passenger cabin.
(2) Open the door of the lavatory.
(3) Open the sanitary cabinet door.
(4) Remove the toilet shroud (Ref. AMM TASK 25-45-22-000-001)
(5) Put a CONTAINER 1 L (1/4 USGAL) below the shutoff valve (12).
Subtask 38-12-14-020-050-C
A. Removal of the Shutoff Valve (12)
(1) Disconnect the pipe connections (8).
(2) Remove the counter sink screws (4) and the counter sink washers (5).
(3) Remove the shutoff valve (12) together with the bracket (9).
(4) If necessary remove the bolts (11) the washers (10) and the bracket (9) from the shutoff valve (12).
(5) If necessary remove the control rod (2)
(a) Remove the nuts (13) the washers (14) and the counter sink screws (1).
(b) remove the control rod (2) together with the brackets (3) and (6).
(1) Disconnect the pipe connections (8).
(2) Remove the counter sink screws (4) and the counter sink washers (5).
(3) Remove the shutoff valve (12) together with the bracket (9).
(4) If necessary remove the bolts (11) the washers (10) and the bracket (9) from the shutoff valve (12).
(5) If necessary remove the control rod (2)
(a) Remove the nuts (13) the washers (14) and the counter sink screws (1).
(b) remove the control rod (2) together with the brackets (3) and (6).
