Subtask 36-22-18-860-054-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
Subtask 36-22-18-210-052-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
(2) Install the interconnecting cables with the attached grommets (8) to the clamps (7).
(3) Make sure that the slot of the grommet (8) is on the opposite to the camloc (6) of the clamp (7).
(4) Close the clamps (7) and tighten the camlocs (6).
(5) For the incerconnecting cable 90HF:
(a) Make sure that the distance between the axis of the rod end and the top of the bracket (5) is 150 mm (5.9 in.).
(6) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.
(7) Put the sockets (4) in the correct position on the brackets (5).
(8) Install the washers (3) and the nuts (2).
(9) Hold the rear of the receptacles (1) and TORQUE the nuts (2) to between 0.69 and 0.58 m.daN (61.06 and 51.33 lbf.in )

(10) Install the union nuts (1) to the sockets (4).
(11) Hold the rear of the receptacles (1) and TORQUE the union nuts (1) to between 0.69 and 0.58 m.daN (61.06 and 51.33 lbf.in )

(12) Safety the sockets (4), the nuts (2) and the receptacles (1) with14QEB1 Wire-Locking Dia: 0.6 mm CRES Nickel Alloy - .

A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Make sure that the aircraft electrical circuits are energized (Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-861-002).
(2) Make sure that the warning notice(s) is in position:

(2) Make sure that the warning notice(s) is in position:
- in the cockpit on Engine Control Panel 115VU to tell persons not to start the engine(s)
- in the cockpit on ENG Man Panel 22VU to tell persons not to manual start the engine(s)
- in the cockpit on AIR COND Overhead Control Panel 30VU to tell persons not to push in the APU BLEED pushbutton switch
- on the High Pressure (HP) ground connector to tell persons not to pressurize the pneumatic system.
NOTE: For the location and access of the HP ground connector, refer to (Ref. AMM TASK 12-33-21-618-001).
B. Make sure that this(these) circuit breaker(s) is(are) open, safetied and tagged:

C. Get Access
(1) Make sure that the access platform is in position below the related access panels.
(2) Make sure that the applicable access panels are removed:
(a) FOR [90HF] (INTERCONNECTING CABLE), [91HF] (INTERCONNECTING CABLE)
panels 191BB and 191EB.
(b) FOR [92HF] (INTERCONNECTING CABLE), [93HF] (INTERCONNECTING CABLE)
panels 192EB and 192FB.
4. Procedure(1) Make sure that the access platform is in position below the related access panels.
(2) Make sure that the applicable access panels are removed:
(a) FOR [90HF] (INTERCONNECTING CABLE), [91HF] (INTERCONNECTING CABLE)
panels 191BB and 191EB.
(b) FOR [92HF] (INTERCONNECTING CABLE), [93HF] (INTERCONNECTING CABLE)
panels 192EB and 192FB.

A. Preparation for Installation
(1) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(2) Clean the electrical connectors (Ref. AMM TASK 36-22-00-100-801).
(3) Make sure that the interconnecting cables are not damaged.
(4) Make sure that the thread of each electrical connector is in the correct condition.
(5) Make sure that the center pin of each receptacle (1) is free from corrosion and twists.
(6) Make sure that the clamps (7) are in the correct condition. Make sure that they are correctly attached to the structure and can be correctly locked.
(7) Install the grommets (8) on the interconnecting cables.
Subtask 36-22-18-420-053-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(2) Clean the electrical connectors (Ref. AMM TASK 36-22-00-100-801).
(3) Make sure that the interconnecting cables are not damaged.
(4) Make sure that the thread of each electrical connector is in the correct condition.
(5) Make sure that the center pin of each receptacle (1) is free from corrosion and twists.
(6) Make sure that the clamps (7) are in the correct condition. Make sure that they are correctly attached to the structure and can be correctly locked.
(7) Install the grommets (8) on the interconnecting cables.
WARNING:
USE PROTECTIVE GOGGLES AND GLOVES WHEN YOU REMOVE OR INSTALL LOCKWIRE. EACH TIME YOU CUT LOCKWIRE, REMOVE AND DISCARD IT IMMEDIATELY. LOOSE LOCKWIRE CAN CUT YOU OR MAKE YOU BLIND, AND/OR CAN CAUSE DAMAGE.
CAUTION:
REFER TO THE MATCH MARKS MADE DURING THE REMOVAL WHEN YOU CONNECT THE ELECTRICAL WIRES.
INCORRECT CONNECTION OF THE WIRES WILL CAUSE DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
B. Installation of the Interconnecting Cables NOTE: Do the procedure carefully. Do not cause any damage to the interconnecting cables and sensing elements.
(1) Put the interconnecting cables in the correct position to the given routing. (2) Install the interconnecting cables with the attached grommets (8) to the clamps (7).
(3) Make sure that the slot of the grommet (8) is on the opposite to the camloc (6) of the clamp (7).
(4) Close the clamps (7) and tighten the camlocs (6).
(5) For the incerconnecting cable 90HF:
(a) Make sure that the distance between the axis of the rod end and the top of the bracket (5) is 150 mm (5.9 in.).
(6) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.
(7) Put the sockets (4) in the correct position on the brackets (5).
(8) Install the washers (3) and the nuts (2).
(9) Hold the rear of the receptacles (1) and TORQUE the nuts (2) to between 0.69 and 0.58 m.daN (61.06 and 51.33 lbf.in )
. (10) Install the union nuts (1) to the sockets (4).
(11) Hold the rear of the receptacles (1) and TORQUE the union nuts (1) to between 0.69 and 0.58 m.daN (61.06 and 51.33 lbf.in )
. (12) Safety the sockets (4), the nuts (2) and the receptacles (1) with

(2) Put the interconnecting cables in the correct positions.
(3) Install the interconnecting cables together with the attached grommets (8) in the clamps (7).

(14) Safety the sockets (4), the nuts (2) and the receptacles with14QEB1 Wire-Locking Dia: 0.6 mm CRES Nickel Alloy - .
Subtask 36-22-18-865-057-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL CAUTION:
REFER TO THE MATCH MARKS MADE DURING THE REMOVAL WHEN YOU CONNECT THE ELECTRICAL WIRES.
INCORRECT CONNECTION OF THE WIRES WILL CAUSE DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
CAUTION:
MAKE SURE THAT THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTORS ARE CLEAN BEFORE YOU DISCONNECT OR CONNECT THEM. CONTAMINATION ON THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTORS CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(1) Make sure that you do not cause damage to the interconnecting cables and the sensing elements when you do this procedure. (2) Put the interconnecting cables in the correct positions.
(3) Install the interconnecting cables together with the attached grommets (8) in the clamps (7).
(4) Make sure that the slots of the grommets (8) are on the opposite side of the camlocs (6) and the clamps (7).
(5) Close the clamps (7) and tighten the camlocs (6).
(6) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.
(7) For the interconnecting cable 90HF:
(a) Make sure that the distance between the axis of the rod end and the top of the bracket (5) is 150 mm (5.9 in.).
(8) Put the sockets (4) in the correct position on the brackets (5).
WARNING:

(13) Hold the rear side of the receptacles and TORQUE the union nuts (1) to between 0.69 and 0.58 m.daN (61.06 and 51.33 lbf.in )
. (14) Safety the sockets (4), the nuts (2) and the receptacles with
C. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s):
