A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Make sure that the WARNING NOTICE(S) are in position:

in the cockpit on the Engine Control Panel 115VU to tell persons not to start the engine(s),
in the cockpit on the AIR COND Overhead Control Panel 30VU to tell persons not to push in the APU BLEED pushbutton switch,
on the HP ground connector to tell persons not to pressurize the pneumatic system.

(2) Make sure that the ACCESS PLATFORM 3M (10 FT)- ADJUSTABLE is in position below the access panel 192FB.
(3) Make sure that the access panel 192FB is open.

4. Procedure
Subtask 36-12-52-420-051-A

A. Installation of the Crossbleed Valve Actuator
(1) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(2) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(3) Check the adapter (10) and the spring pin (9) for correct condition.
(4) Install the crossbleed valve actuator (13) to the adapter (10).
(5) Make sure that the spring pin (9) correctly engages the hole in the adapter.
(6) Install the half clamps (11),(15) with the screws (14) to the adapter (10) and the actuator (13).
(7) Tighten the screws (14).
(8) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.

(9) Connect the electrical connector (12) to the crossbleed valve actuator (13).

B. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s):

(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Install the access panel 192FB.

B. Put the aircraft back to its initial configuration.
(1) Remove the access platform(s).
(2) Remove the WARNING NOTICE(S).
