Installation of the Bellows
WARNING:
MAKE SURE THAT THE PNEUMATIC SYSTEM IS DEPRESSURIZED BEFORE YOU START WORK. PRESSURIZED AIR CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONNEL.
WARNING:
PUT WARNING NOTICES IN THE COCKPIT BEFORE YOU DO WORK ON THE BLEED AIR SYSTEM TO TELL PERSONS:
- NOT TO OPERATE THE ENGINES
- NOT TO OPERATE THE SLATS
- NOT TO OPERATE THE APU SWITCH.

A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Make sure that the WARNING NOTICE(S) are in position:
(3) Make sure that the access door 312AR is open.
(4) Make sure that the CAP - BLANKING is installed on the duct sections (1) and (7).
Subtask 36-12-42-865-051-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Make sure that the WARNING NOTICE(S) are in position:
- in the cockpit on the Engine Control Panel 115VU to tell persons not to start the engine(s),
- in the cockpit on the AIR COND Overhead Control Panel 30VU to tell persons not to push in the APU BLEED pushbutton switch,
- on the HP ground connector to tell persons not to pressurize the pneumatic system.
(3) Make sure that the access door 312AR is open.
(4) Make sure that the CAP - BLANKING is installed on the duct sections (1) and (7).
B. Make sure that this(these) circuit breaker(s) is(are) open, safetied and tagged:

A. Installation of the Bellows (7265HM)
(1) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(2) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(3) Remove the blanking caps from the duct sections (1) and (7).
(4) Put the bellows (5) with the clamps (4) and (6) in the installation position.
(5) Tighten the screws of the clamps (4) and (6).
(6) Install the clamp (3).
(7) TORQUE the nut of the clamp (3) to between 0.5 and 0.4 m.daN (44.25 and 35.40 lbf.in )

(8) TORQUE the screws of the clamps (4) and (6) to between 0.22 and 0.18 m.daN (19.47 and 15.93 lbf.in )

(9) Safety the screws of the clamps (4) and (6) with the lockwire14QEB1 Wire-Locking Dia: 0.6 mm CRES Nickel Alloy - .
Subtask 36-12-42-865-052-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(2) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(3) Remove the blanking caps from the duct sections (1) and (7).
(4) Put the bellows (5) with the clamps (4) and (6) in the installation position.
(5) Tighten the screws of the clamps (4) and (6).
(6) Install the clamp (3).
(7) TORQUE the nut of the clamp (3) to between 0.5 and 0.4 m.daN (44.25 and 35.40 lbf.in )
. (8) TORQUE the screws of the clamps (4) and (6) to between 0.22 and 0.18 m.daN (19.47 and 15.93 lbf.in )
. (9) Safety the screws of the clamps (4) and (6) with the lockwire
B. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s):

C. Leak Test of the Pneumatic Connections
(1) Do the ground air pre-conditioning with the APU (Ref. AMM TASK 12-33-21-618-001).
(2) Make sure that there are no leaks between the connections of the bellows (5) and the duct sections (1) and (7).
(3) Install the sleeve (2), if removed.
5. Close-up(1) Do the ground air pre-conditioning with the APU (Ref. AMM TASK 12-33-21-618-001).
(2) Make sure that there are no leaks between the connections of the bellows (5) and the duct sections (1) and (7).
(3) Install the sleeve (2), if removed.

A. Put the aircraft back to the serviceable condition.
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Close the access door 312AR.
(3) Remove the access platform(s).
(4) Remove the WARNING NOTICE(S).
