A. Installation of the Tool
CAUTION: USE TWO WRENCHES DURING DISCONNECTION OF THE SENSE LINE, ONE TO MAINTAIN THE FIXED NUT AND THE SECOND ONE TO LOOSEN/TIGHTEN THE SENSE LINE COUPLING.
CAUTION: TO PREVENT DAMAGE TO THE FITTING END OF THE SENSE LINE, TURN THE UNION WITH YOUR HAND AND NOT WITH A SPANNER.
CAUTION: BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU CONNECT/DISCONNECT THE TEST SET TO/FROM THE EQUIPMENT. THE PRESSURE REGULATING VALVE AND THE PRESSURE GAGE ASSEMBLY OF THE TEST SET ARE HEAVY AND CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE ENGINE.
   (1) Disconnect the sense line from the HP bleed-override solenoid.
   (2) Put a CAP - BLANKING on the sense line port of the HP bleed-override solenoid.
   (3) Connect a HOSE - TRANSPARENT, FLEXIBLE to the disconnected end of the sense line.
   (4) Connect the 98L36103002000 TEST SET - ENGINE BLEED with the HOSE - TRANSPARENT, FLEXIBLE to the sense line.
   (5) Disconnect the sense line from the sense line port of the Pressure Regulating Valve (PRV).
   (6) Install a CAP - BLANKING on the sense line port of the PRV.
   (7) Disconnect the sense line from the sense line port of the High Pressure Valve (HPV).
   (8) Install a CAP - BLANKING on the sense line port of the HPV.
   (9) On the 98L36103002000 TEST SET - ENGINE BLEED, set the shutoff valve, the purge valve and the pressure regulator valve to the closed position.
   (10) Connect a AIR SOURCE 2 BAR (30 PSI) - REGULATED, FILTERED, DRY to the 98L36103002000 TEST SET - ENGINE BLEED.

B. Removal of Water and Cleaning of the Sense Line between the HP Bleed-Override Solenoid and the PRV
   (1) Set the shutoff valve of the AIR SOURCE 2 BAR (30 PSI) - REGULATED, FILTERED, DRY to the open position.
   (2) Use the primary regulator valve on the 98L36103002000 TEST SET - ENGINE BLEED or on the AIR SOURCE 2 BAR (30 PSI) - REGULATED, FILTERED, DRY and pressurize the 98L36103002000 TEST SET - ENGINE BLEED to 29 psi (2.00 bar).
   (3) On the 98L36103002000 TEST SET - ENGINE BLEED, set the shutoff valve to the open position.
   (4) Use the pressure regulator valve on the 98L36103002000 TEST SET - ENGINE BLEED to increase the pressure slowly to 29 psi (2.00 bar).
   (5) Let the pressurized air clean the sense line during 30 seconds.
   (6) Use the primary regulator valve on the 98L36103002000 TEST SET - ENGINE BLEED or on the AIR SOURCE 2 BAR (30 PSI) - REGULATED, FILTERED, DRY to decrease the 98L36103002000 TEST SET - ENGINE BLEED pressure to 0 psi (0.00 bar).
   (7) Set the shutoff valve of the AIR SOURCE 2 BAR (30 PSI) - REGULATED, FILTERED, DRY to the closed position.

C. Removal of the Tool
   (1) Disconnect the 98L36103002000 TEST SET - ENGINE BLEED from the AIR SOURCE 2 BAR (30 PSI) - REGULATED, FILTERED, DRY.
   (2) Disconnect the HOSE - TRANSPARENT, FLEXIBLE from the sense line.
   (3) Do a visual inspection of the sense line with a BORESCOPE DIA 5.0 MM (7/32 IN) - FLEXIBLE to look for moisture.
     (a) If there is moisture, do the removal of the water and cleaning of the sense line again. Do this procedure a maximum of two times.
   (4) Remove the CAP - BLANKING from the sense line port of the HP bleed-override solenoid.
   (5) Connect the sense line port to the port of the HP bleed-override solenoid.
   (6) TORQUE the end of the sense line to between 1.76 and 1.44 m.daN (12.98 and 10.62 lbf.ft ) T.
   (7) Remove the CAP - BLANKING from the sense line port of the HPV.
   (8) Connect the sense line to the sense line port of the HPV.
   (9) Remove the CAP - BLANKING from the sense line port of the PRV.
   (10) Connect the sense line to the sense line port of the PRV.
   (11) TORQUE the coupling nuts on the HP sense lines to between 1.69 and 1.52 m.daN (12.46 and 11.21 lbf.ft )
