   (3) Disconnect 28VDC electrical cord (T03) from the electrical inlet (11) of the 99127B03 BLEED TEST SET (T01) and the external SUPPLY - 28 VDC, ELECTRICAL.
   (4) Disconnect "Y" adaptor (T06) from the test port adaptor (T25).
   (5) Disconnect the hoses (T04) and (T05) from "Y" adaptor (T06).
   (6) Disconnect the hose (T05) from the bleed-test set pressure-reading (10).
   (7) Disconnect the hose (T04) from the bleed-test set pressure-supply (9).
   (8) Disconnect the hose (T05) from the bleed-test set pressure-reading (14).
   (9) Disconnect and remove the two adaptors (T25) from the bleed-pressure regulator valve.
   (10) Connect the sense line as follows:
CAUTION: USE A SECOND WRENCH TO APPLY COUNTERTORQUE TO THE UNION WHEN YOU DISCONNECT/CONNECT THE PNEUMATIC LINES ON UNIONS.
     (a) Remove the PLUG-BLANKING from each disconnected line end.
     (b) Make sure that there is no grease or oil on the pneumatic and sense line unions.
     (c) Connect the sense line to the bleed-pressure regulator valve.
NOTE: You can turn the union with your hand and not with a spanner to prevent damage to the fitting end of the sense line.
     (d) Do the double torque method on the union of the sense line to between 1.69 and 1.52 m.daN (12.46 and 11.21 lbf.ft ) T:
1 Torque the union of the sense line to the value given first.
2 Torque the union again to the value given.
     (e) Paint a mark on the union of the sense line.
   (11) Install the blanking cap on the test port of the bleed-pressure regulator valve.
   (12) TORQUE the blanking cap to between 0.8 and 0.65 m.daN (70.80 and 57.52 lbf.in )

I. Removal of the Tool (for Bleed-Pressure Regulator Valve with Deactivation Screw No.1 on the Regulator)
   (1) With pressure gauge A (3), decrease the pressure to 0 psi (0 bar).
   (2) Stop the SUPPLY - 28 VDC, ELECTRICAL.
   (3) Disconnect 28VDC electrical cord (T03) from the electrical inlet (11) of the 99127B03 BLEED TEST SET (T01) and the external SUPPLY - 28 VDC, ELECTRICAL.
   (4) Disconnect "Y" adaptor (T06) from the test port adaptor (T14) or (T25).
   (8) Disconnect the pneumatic adaptor (T29) from the adaptor (T15) or (T19).
   (9) Disconnect the hose (T05) from the bleed-test set pressure-reading (14).
   (10) Disconnect and remove the adaptor (T15) or (T19) and the test port adaptor (T14) or (T25) from the bleed-pressure regulator valve.
CAUTION: WHEN YOU INSTALL THE DEACTIVATION SCREW ON THE VALVE, TIGHTEN THE SCREW WITH YOUR HAND BEFORE YOU TORQUE IT. IF YOU DO NOT OBEY THIS PRECAUTION, YOU CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE SCREW AND THE VALVE.
CAUTION: BEFORE YOU INSTALL THE DEACTIVATION SCREW, MAKE SURE THAT THE PREFORMED PACKING IS INSTALLED ON THE DEACTIVATION SCREW.
   (11) Install deactivation screw No.1 as follows:
NOTE: If the adaptor (T19) is installed, the deactivation screw has a preformed packing.
     (a) Install deactivation screw No.1 on the bleed-pressure regulator valve.
     (b) TORQUE deactivation screw No.1 to between 0.6 and 0.4 m.daN (53.10 and 35.40 lbf.in ) T.
   (12) Install the blanking cap on the test port of the bleed-pressure regulator valve.
   (13) TORQUE the blanking cap to between 0.8 and 0.65 m.daN (70.80 and 57.52 lbf.in )
