CAUTION:
MAKE SURE THAT THERE IS SUFFICIENT CLEARANCE BETWEEN THE VALVE AND THE ADJACENT COMPONENTS BEFORE YOU INSTALL IT. IF NOT YOU COULD CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE VALVE DURING ITS INSTALLATION.
CAUTION:
MAKE SURE THAT THE GUIDE PIN OF THE BLEED DUCT IS CORRECTLY INSERTED IN THE LOCKING DEVICE OF THE VALVE.
THIS WILL PREVENT DAMAGE TO THE PNEUMATIC VALVES.
CAUTION:
USE TWO WRENCHES DURING DISCONNECTION OF THE SENSE LINE, ONE TO MAINTAIN THE FIXED NUT AND THE SECOND ONE TO LOOSEN/TIGHTEN THE SENSE LINE COUPLING.

(2) Examine the surface and the edges of the seals for dents, pitting, cracks, scratches and distortion.
(3) If you cannot remove the foreign materials from the seals or if you find damage or distortion, replace the seals.

C. Installation of the Bleed Pressure Regulator Valve
(1) From the left hand side:
(a) Remove the blanking caps/plugs from the bleed pressure-regulator valve (20), the ducts (10) and (15), the electrical connector and the sense lines.
(b) Put the valve (20) between the duct (10) and the duct (15). Make sure that the flow arrow points to the joint duct (10).
(2) Install and torque the couplings:
(b) TORQUE the nuts of the couplings (30) to between 62.5 and 57.5 lbf.in (0.71 and 0.65 m.daN )
. Lightly hit the perimeter of the coupling with a MALLET - RUBBER. TORQUE the couplings to between 125 and 115 lbf.in (1.41 and 1.30 m.daN )
. Lightly hit the perimeter of the coupling again. Do this procedure again until the torque of the unit does not change and is within the limits.
(c) TORQUE the nut of the coupling (45) to between 40 and 35 lbf.in (0.45 and 0.40 m.daN )
. Lightly hit the perimeter of the coupling with a MALLET - RUBBER. TORQUE the couplings to between 80 and 70 lbf.in (0.90 and 0.79 m.daN )
. Lightly hit the perimeter of the coupling again. Do this procedure again until the torque of the unit does not change and is within the limits.
(3) From the right hand side:
