B. Safety Precautions
(1) Make sure that the engine 1(2) shutdown occurred not less than 5 minutes before you do this procedure.
(2) On the AIR COND panel 30VU:

(2) On the AIR COND panel 30VU:
- Make sure that the ENG 1(2) BLEED pushbutton switch is pushed (the OFF legend is off).
- Make sure that the APU BLEED pushbutton switch is released (the ON legend is off).
- Put a WARNING NOTICE(S) in position to tell persons not to operate the pneumatic system.
- Put a WARNING NOTICE(S) in position to tell persons not to start the engine 1(2).
- Put a WARNING NOTICE(S) in position to tell persons not to pressurize the pneumatic system.
- Make sure that the ON legend of the ENG/FADEC GND PWR 1(2) pushbutton switch is off.
- Put a WARNING NOTICE(S) in position to tell persons not to energize the FADEC 1(2).

MAKE SURE THAT THE THRUST REVERSER HYDRAULIC CONTROL UNIT (HCU) IS DEACTIVATED BEFORE YOU DO WORK ON OR AROUND THE THRUST REVERSER. IF THE HCU IS NOT DEACTIVATED, THERE IS A RISK OF UNWANTED THRUST REVERSER OPERATION WHICH CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS AND/OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(1) Do the deactivation of the thrust-reverser Hydraulic Control Unit (HCU) (Ref. AMM TASK 78-30-00-040-012). H. Open the left thrust-reverser half (Ref. AMM TASK 78-32-00-010-010):

A. Installation of the Tool
(1) Connect the 99127B03 BLEED TEST SET as shown in the figure and do the steps that follow:
(a) Use the 99127-231 TEST SET BLEED - KIT on the wing to do this test.
(b) Set the pressure gage (5) to ON. The pressure value given on the LCD screen must be equal to 0 psi. If it is not equal to 0 psi, push the ON button for 10 seconds.
(2) Connect the hose (T04) to the bleed-test set pressure-supply (9).
(3) Connect the hose (T05) to the bleed-test set pressure-reading (14).
(4) Connect the hoses (T04) and (T05) to "Y" adaptor (T06).
(5) Connect "Y" adaptor (T06) to the test port adaptor (T14).
(6) Connect 28VDC electrical cord (T03) between the electrical inlet (11) of the 99127B03 BLEED TEST SET (T01) and an external SUPPLY - 28 VDC, ELECTRICAL:
(8) Remove the blanking plug from the test port of the HP bleed valve.
(9) Install the test port adaptor (T14) on the test port of the HP bleed valve.
(10) Open the pressure-source shut-off valve to slowly pressurize the 99127B03 BLEED TEST SET to 100 psi (6.89 bar).
Subtask 36-11-51-480-056-C ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Connect the 99127B03 BLEED TEST SET as shown in the figure and do the steps that follow:
(a) Use the 99127-231 TEST SET BLEED - KIT on the wing to do this test.
(b) Set the pressure gage (5) to ON. The pressure value given on the LCD screen must be equal to 0 psi. If it is not equal to 0 psi, push the ON button for 10 seconds.
(2) Connect the hose (T04) to the bleed-test set pressure-supply (9).
(3) Connect the hose (T05) to the bleed-test set pressure-reading (14).
(4) Connect the hoses (T04) and (T05) to "Y" adaptor (T06).
(5) Connect "Y" adaptor (T06) to the test port adaptor (T14).
(6) Connect 28VDC electrical cord (T03) between the electrical inlet (11) of the 99127B03 BLEED TEST SET (T01) and an external SUPPLY - 28 VDC, ELECTRICAL:
- Start the SUPPLY - 28 VDC, ELECTRICAL.
WARNING:
USE GOGGLES AND GLOVES WHEN YOU REMOVE OR INSTALL LOCKWIRE. EACH TIME YOU CUT LOCKWIRE, REMOVE AND DISCARD IT IMMEDIATELY. LOOSE LOCKWIRE CAN CUT YOU OR MAKE YOU BLIND, AND/OR CAN CAUSE DAMAGE.
(7) Cut and discard the lockwire. (8) Remove the blanking plug from the test port of the HP bleed valve.
(9) Install the test port adaptor (T14) on the test port of the HP bleed valve.
(10) Open the pressure-source shut-off valve to slowly pressurize the 99127B03 BLEED TEST SET to 100 psi (6.89 bar).
A. Installation of the Tool
(1) Connect the 99127B03 BLEED TEST SET as shown in the figure and do the steps that follow:
(a) Use the 99127-231 TEST SET BLEED - KIT on the wing to do this test.

(2) Connect the hose (T04) to the bleed-test set pressure-supply (9).

(4) Connect the hoses (T04) and (T05) to "Y" adaptor (T06).
(5) Connect "Y" adaptor (T06) to the test port adaptor (T14) or (T25).
(6) Connect 28VDC electrical cord (T03) between the electrical inlet (11) of the 99127B03 BLEED TEST SET (T01) and an external SUPPLY - 28 VDC, ELECTRICAL:
(8) Remove the blanking plug from the test port of the HP bleed valve.
(9) Install the test port adaptor (T14) or (T25) on the test port of the HP bleed valve.
(10) Open the pressure-source shut-off valve to slowly pressurize the 99127B03 BLEED TEST SET to 100 psi (6.89 bar).

(a) Use the 99127-231 TEST SET BLEED - KIT on the wing to do this test.

- Start the SUPPLY - 28 VDC, ELECTRICAL.
WARNING:
USE GOGGLES AND GLOVES WHEN YOU REMOVE OR INSTALL LOCKWIRE. EACH TIME YOU CUT LOCKWIRE, REMOVE AND DISCARD IT IMMEDIATELY. LOOSE LOCKWIRE CAN CUT YOU OR MAKE YOU BLIND, AND/OR CAN CAUSE DAMAGE.
(7) Cut and discard the lockwire. (8) Remove the blanking plug from the test port of the HP bleed valve.
(9) Install the test port adaptor (T14) or (T25) on the test port of the HP bleed valve.
(10) Open the pressure-source shut-off valve to slowly pressurize the 99127B03 BLEED TEST SET to 100 psi (6.89 bar).
B. Functional Test of the HP Bleed Valve

C. Removal of the Tool
(1) Stop the SUPPLY - 28 VDC, ELECTRICAL.
(2) Disconnect 28VDC electrical cord (T03) from the electrical inlet (11) of the 99127B03 BLEED TEST SET (T01) and the external SUPPLY - 28 VDC, ELECTRICAL.
(3) Remove the test port adaptor (T14) from the test port of the HP bleed valve.
(4) Disconnect "Y" adaptor (T06) from the test port adaptor (T14).
(5) Disconnect the hoses (T04) and (T05) from "Y" adaptor (T06).
(6) Disconnect the hose (T05) from the bleed-test set pressure-reading (14).
(7) Disconnect the hose (T04) from the bleed-test set pressure-supply (9).
(8) Install the blanking plug on the test port of the HP bleed valve.
(9) TORQUE the blanking plug to between 1.2 and 1 m.daN (106.19 and 88.50 lbf.in )

(2) Disconnect 28VDC electrical cord (T03) from the electrical inlet (11) of the 99127B03 BLEED TEST SET (T01) and the external SUPPLY - 28 VDC, ELECTRICAL.
(3) Remove the test port adaptor (T14) from the test port of the HP bleed valve.
(4) Disconnect "Y" adaptor (T06) from the test port adaptor (T14).
(5) Disconnect the hoses (T04) and (T05) from "Y" adaptor (T06).
(6) Disconnect the hose (T05) from the bleed-test set pressure-reading (14).
(7) Disconnect the hose (T04) from the bleed-test set pressure-supply (9).
(8) Install the blanking plug on the test port of the HP bleed valve.
(9) TORQUE the blanking plug to between 1.2 and 1 m.daN (106.19 and 88.50 lbf.in )

USE PROTECTIVE GOGGLES AND GLOVES WHEN YOU REMOVE OR INSTALL LOCKWIRE. EACH TIME YOU CUT LOCKWIRE, REMOVE AND DISCARD IT IMMEDIATELY. LOOSE LOCKWIRE CAN CUT YOU OR MAKE YOU BLIND, AND/OR CAN CAUSE DAMAGE.
(10) Safety the blanking plug with C. Removal of the Tool
(1) Stop the SUPPLY - 28 VDC, ELECTRICAL.
(2) Disconnect 28VDC electrical cord (T03) from the electrical inlet (11) of the 99127B03 BLEED TEST SET (T01) and the external SUPPLY - 28 VDC, ELECTRICAL.
(3) Remove the test port adaptor (T14) or (T25) from the test port of the HP bleed valve.
(4) Disconnect "Y" adaptor (T06) from the test port adaptor (T14) or (T25).
(5) Disconnect the hoses (T04) and (T05) from "Y" adaptor (T06).
(6) Disconnect the hose (T05) from the bleed-test set pressure-reading (14).
(7) Disconnect the hose (T04) from the bleed-test set pressure-supply (9).
(8) Install the blanking plug on the test port of the HP bleed valve.
(9) TORQUE the blanking plug to between 1.2 and 1 m.daN (106.19 and 88.50 lbf.in )

5. Close-up(1) Stop the SUPPLY - 28 VDC, ELECTRICAL.
(2) Disconnect 28VDC electrical cord (T03) from the electrical inlet (11) of the 99127B03 BLEED TEST SET (T01) and the external SUPPLY - 28 VDC, ELECTRICAL.
(3) Remove the test port adaptor (T14) or (T25) from the test port of the HP bleed valve.
(4) Disconnect "Y" adaptor (T06) from the test port adaptor (T14) or (T25).
(5) Disconnect the hoses (T04) and (T05) from "Y" adaptor (T06).
(6) Disconnect the hose (T05) from the bleed-test set pressure-reading (14).
(7) Disconnect the hose (T04) from the bleed-test set pressure-supply (9).
(8) Install the blanking plug on the test port of the HP bleed valve.
(9) TORQUE the blanking plug to between 1.2 and 1 m.daN (106.19 and 88.50 lbf.in )
