A. Installation of the Bleed Differential Pressure-Transducer
   (1) If you use the APU to energize the electrical circuits, stop the APU:
WARNING: MAKE SURE THAT THE PNEUMATIC SYSTEM IS DEPRESSURIZED BEFORE YOU START WORK. PRESSURIZED AIR CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONNEL.
   (2) Make sure that you wait for a minimum of 5 minutes until there is no pressure in the bleed-air duct system.
WARNING: DO NOT TOUCH THE UNIT UNTIL IT IS SUFFICIENTLY COOL TO PREVENT BURNS WHEN YOU DO THE MAINTENANCE TASK(S).
   (3) Make sure that the temperature of the bleed-air duct system is in the ambient condition.
   (4) Do a visual inspection and clean the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
   (5) Install the transducer (6) in the clamps (7).
   (6) Put the transducer (6) with the clamps (7) in position on the bracket (8).
   (7) Install the washers (5), the bolts (4) and the nuts (9).
   (8) Tighten the bolts (4).
   (9) Remove the PLUG-BLANKING from each disconnected line end.
   (10) Remove the PLUG - BLANKING from the transducer (6).
CAUTION: USE A SECOND WRENCH TO APPLY COUNTERTORQUE TO THE UNION WHEN YOU DISCONNECT/CONNECT THE PNEUMATIC LINES ON UNIONS.
   (11) Connect the senseline (2) to the transducer (6) and tighten it.
CAUTION: USE A SECOND WRENCH TO APPLY COUNTERTORQUE TO THE UNION WHEN YOU DISCONNECT/CONNECT THE PNEUMATIC LINES ON UNIONS.
   (12) Connect the senseline (3) to the transducer (6) and tighten it.
   (13) TORQUE the nuts of the ducts (2) and (3) to between 0.85 and 0.73 m.daN (75.22 and 64.60 lbf.in ) T.
   (14) Apply a new red line on the senselines (2) and (3).
   (15) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.
   (16) Make sure that the electrical connector(s) is (are) clean and in the correct condition.
   (17) Connect the electrical connector (1) to the transducer (6).
