Subtask 36-11-15-420-058-A
A. Installation of the Bleed Transferred Pressure-Transducer
   (1) If you use the APU to energize the electrical circuits, stop the APU:
   (2) In the cockpit, on the SD bleed page:
     (a) Make sure that the pressure and the temperature of the bleed-air duct system are in the ambient conditions.
WARNING: MAKE SURE THAT THE PNEUMATIC SYSTEM IS DEPRESSURIZED BEFORE YOU START WORK. PRESSURIZED AIR CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONNEL.
WARNING: DO NOT TOUCH THE UNIT UNTIL IT IS SUFFICIENTLY COOL TO PREVENT BURNS WHEN YOU DO THE MAINTENANCE TASK(S).
CAUTION: USE A SECOND WRENCH TO APPLY COUNTERTORQUE TO THE UNION WHEN YOU DISCONNECT/CONNECT THE PNEUMATIC LINES ON UNIONS.
   (3) Do a visual inspection and clean the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
   (4) Install the transducer (7) in the clamps (4):
     (a) Make sure that the protective parts are in good condition.
     (b) Make sure that the clamps (4) do not cause a blockage of the venting holes of the transducer (7).
   (5) Put the transducer (7) and the clamps (4) in its position on the bracket (3).
   (6) Install the washers (5) and bolts (6).
   (7) Tighten the bolts (6).
   (8) Remove the PLUG-BLANKING from each disconnected line end.
   (9) Connect the duct (1) to the transducer (7).
   (10) TORQUE the nut of the duct (1) to between 0.85 and 0.73 m.daN (75.22 and 64.60 lbf.in ) T.
   (11) Make a red line between the nut of the duct (1) and the transducer (7) (
Ref. AMM TASK 20-23-22-910-001).
   (12) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.
   (13) Make sure that the electrical connector (2) is clean and in the correct condition.
