C. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Make sure that the bleed air ducts are pressurized. If necessary:
(a) Adjust the brightness of the MCDU screen.
(b) On one MCDU, get access to the SYSTEM REPORT/TEST/PNEU menu page (Ref. AMM TASK 31-32-00-860-011).
4. Procedure(1) Make sure that the bleed air ducts are pressurized. If necessary:
- Pressurize the bleed air ducts with the Auxiliary Power Unit (APU) (Ref. AMM TASK 36-12-00-860-805)
or - Pressurize the bleed air ducts with the High Pressure (HP) ground-connector (Ref. AMM TASK 36-12-00-860-806).
- Make sure that the ENG 1(2) BLEED pushbutton switches are pushed (the OFF legends are off)
- Make sure that the X BLEED selector switch is in the AUTO position
- Make sure that the APU BLEED pushbutton switch is pushed (the ON legend is on).
(a) Adjust the brightness of the MCDU screen.
(b) On one MCDU, get access to the SYSTEM REPORT/TEST/PNEU menu page (Ref. AMM TASK 31-32-00-860-011).

A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Put the aircraft back to its initial configuration.
(2) On the MCDU:
(a) Fully decrease the brightness of the MCDU screen (display off).
(3) Depressurize the air ducts:
(a) With the APU (Ref. AMM TASK 36-12-00-860-805), or
(b) With the HPGC (Ref. AMM TASK 36-12-00-860-806).
Subtask 36-11-00-862-138-A (1) Put the aircraft back to its initial configuration.
(2) On the MCDU:
(a) Fully decrease the brightness of the MCDU screen (display off).
(3) Depressurize the air ducts:
(a) With the APU (Ref. AMM TASK 36-12-00-860-805), or
(b) With the HPGC (Ref. AMM TASK 36-12-00-860-806).
