C. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
   (1) On the AIR COND panel:
  • Make sure that the ENG 1(2) bleed pushbutton switches are pushed (OFF legends are off).
  • Make sure that the crossbleed selector switch is at AUTO.
  • Make sure that the APU BLEED pushbutton switch is pushed (ON legend is on).
   (2) Make sure that the bleed air ducts are pressurized:
   (3) Adjust the brightness of the MCDU screen.
   (4) On one MCDU, get the SYSTEM REPORT/TEST/PNEU menu page (Ref. AMM TASK 31-32-00-860-011).
4. Procedure
Subtask 36-11-00-740-053-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. BITE Test of the EBAS Application
   (1) During this procedure, if an error message is shown, record this message.
     (a) Do the related trouble shooting procedure.
NOTE: During the test, obey the instruction shown on the terminal.
ACTION
RESULT
1.On the MCDU:
  • Push the line key adjacent to the applicable BMC (1HA) indication.
The applicable BMC (1HA) comes into view.
2.On the MCDU:
  • Push the line key adjacent to the TEST indication.
The BMC (1HA)/TEST comes into view.
3.On the MCDU:
  • Push the line key adjacent to the PRESSURE SENSOR DRIFT TEST indication.
The BMC (1HA)/PRESSURE SENSOR DRIFT TEST/CHECK INITIAL CONDITIONS pages comes into view.
  • Initial conditions:
    * BLEED AIR PRESSURE AVAILABLE.
    * BLEED PRESSURE SENSOR AVAILABLE.
    * BLEED SYSTEM NOT IN SINGLE BLEED CONFIG.
4.On the MCDU:
  • Push the line key adjacent to the CONTINUE indication.
The BMC (1HA)/PRESSURE SENSOR DRIFT TEST/CHECK INITIAL CONDITIONS page comes into view.
  • Initial conditions:
    * ENGINES OFF.
    * ENGINES NOT IN START SEQUENCE.
5.On the MCDU:
  • Push the line key adjacent to the CONTINUE indication.
The BMC (1HA)/PRESSURE SENSOR DRIFT TEST IN PROGRESS page comes into view.
  • TEST IN PROGRESS for several seconds.
  • TEST RESULT page comes into view with PRESSURE SENSOR DRIFT TEST results:
    * PRESSURE SENSOR DRIFT TEST OK.
    or
    * PRESSURE DRIFT TEST with failure message and CLASS come into the view.
6.On the MCDU:
  • Push the line key adjacent to the RETURN indication until the MAINTENANCE MENU page comes into view.

Subtask 36-11-00-860-127-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
   (1) Put the aircraft back to its initial configuration.
   (2) On the MCDU:
     (a) Fully decrease the brightness of the MCDU screen (display off).
   (3) Depressurize the air ducts:
     (a) If you used the APU (Ref. AMM TASK 36-12-00-860-802).
     (b) If you used the HPGC (Ref. AMM TASK 36-12-00-860-803).

B. De-energize the aircraft electrical circuits
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-862-002).
