6.Pressurize the bleed system through the HP ground connector (7300HM) GROUND AIR-SUPPLY UNIT(HIGH PRESSURE) (Ref. AMM TASK 36-12-00-860-002):
  • Make sure that the supplied air pressure is between 40 psi (2.76 bar) and 45 psi (3.10 bar).

7.On the 99127B03 BLEED TEST SET (T01):
  • Do a check of the pressure value of sense line 3 shown on the LCD (5).
On the 99127B03 BLEED TEST SET (T01), if the pressure value is:
  • Make sure that the pressure value is less than or equal to 1.5 psi (0.10 bar), then go to step 8.
  • If the pressure value is greater than 1.5 psi (0.10 bar), replace the PRV control solenoid (Ref. AMM TASK 36-11-55-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 36-11-55-400-001).
In such conditions, examine the installation of the 99127B03 BLEED TEST SET (T01) and do the procedure again carefully.
8.Stop the pressurization from the GROUND AIR-SUPPLY UNIT(HIGH PRESSURE).

9.Disconnect the GROUND AIR-SUPPLY UNIT(HIGH PRESSURE) to the HP ground connector (7300HM).

WARNING: MAKE SURE THAT THE PNEUMATIC SYSTEM IS DEPRESSURIZED BEFORE YOU START WORK. PRESSURIZED AIR CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONNEL.
10.On the PRV:
  • Remove the PLUG-BLANKING from each disconnected line end.
  • Connect the sense line between the PRV control solenoid and the pylon duct interface (sense line 2) (Ref. AMM TASK 36-11-49-400-820).
