C. Test
ACTION
RESULT
1.Pressurize the test set:
  • If there is a manometer on the air cylinder then installation of the primary regulator valve is not necessary. Use the air cylinder shut off valve and the manometer to slowly pressurize the test set to 100 psi (6.8948 bar).
  • If there is no manometer in the air cylinder, then installation of the primary regulator valve is mandatory. In this case the primary regulator valve will limit the pressure in the test set to 217 psi (14.9616 bar).

2.On the test set (Z01):
  • Open the shutoff valve.

3.On the test set (Z01):
  • With the pressure regulator valve increase the pressure to 21.75 +0.75 psi or -0.75 psi (1.4996 +0.0517 bar or -0.0517 bar).
On the test set (Z01):
  • The pressure value shows on the GAGE - ABSOLUTE PRESSURE, DIGITAL, 0.001 BAR ACCURACY 1.
4.On the sense line tester (T01):
  • Close the valve 1.
On the sense line tester (T01):
  • The valve 1 is not aligned with the pneumatic duct.
5.On the sense line tester (T01):
  • Do a check of the pressure value shown on the GAGE - ABSOLUTE PRESSURE, DIGITAL, 0.001 BAR ACCURACY 2.
On the GAGE - ABSOLUTE PRESSURE, DIGITAL, 0.001 BAR ACCURACY 2:
  • The pressure is more or equal to 5.8 psi (0.3999 bar).
6.On the AIR SOURCE 6.9 BAR (100 PSI) - REGULATED,FILTERED, DRY (Z03):
  • Close the shutoff valve.

7.On the test set (Z01):
