B. Safety Precautions
(1) On ENG panel 115VU:
(a) Make sure that engine 1(2) is(are) shutdown.
(b) Make sure that the ENG MODE switch is in the NORM position.

1.On the ECAM control panel: Press the pushbutton to call the BLEED page.	ON the SD: The BLEED page is shown.
2.Make sure that the GND indication is displayed.	GND is displayed in white in the middle area of the page.

E. Check the P/N update
(1) Do the LRU identification check
(a) Get access to LRU ident page:
1 Select on MCDU the sequence that follow:

MCDU MENU->CFDS->SYSTEM REPORT/TEST->PAGE 2/2->AIR BLEED->BMC1(2)->LRU IDENT.

(2) Make sure that the installed BMC software P/N shown on the LRU IDENTIFICATION page is not the same as the BMC software P/N written on the front face of the new storage device to load.

4. Procedure
Subtask 36-11-00-970-051-A

A. Uploading Procedure

NOTE: The two BMCs are uploaded at the same time, BMC1 is directly uploaded through DLRB and BMC2 is uploaded through X-TALK from BMC1.

(1) Upload the BMC software (Ref. AMM TASK 31-38-00-610-804).

B. Check the P/N updated
(1) Do the LRU identification check
(a) Get access to LRU ident page:
1 Select on MCDU the sequence that follow:

MCDU MENU->CFDS->SYSTEM REPORT/TEST->PAGE 2/2->AIR BLEED->BMC1(2)->LRU IDENT.

(2) Make sure that the installed BMC software P/N shown on the LRU IDENTIFICATION page is the same as the BMC software P/N written on the front face of the new storage device just loaded.

C. BITE Test of the EBAS
(1) Do the BITE test of the EBAS (Ref. AMM TASK 36-11-00-740-804).

5. Close-up
Subtask 36-11-00-860-136-A

A. Put the aircraft back to its initial configuration.
(1) On the MCDU, push the MCDU MENU key to get the MCDU MENU page.
(2) Put the storage device back into the cockpit storage-box.

B. De-energize the aircraft electrical circuits
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-862-002).
