Subtask 34-41-37-860-053-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Make sure that the ACCESS PLATFORM 1M(3 FT) is in position below access door 811.
(2) Make sure that access door 811 is open.
4. Procedure(1) Make sure that the ACCESS PLATFORM 1M(3 FT) is in position below access door 811.
(2) Make sure that access door 811 is open.
Subtask 34-41-37-420-063-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Installation of the Wave Guide Switch
(1) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(2) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(3) Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.
(4) If you install the new mounting tray (21), make sure that you removed the attachment plates (6).
(5) Install the new AIPC 34-41-37-01-070 GASKETS (17) on the wave guide switch (16).
(6) Put and hold the wave guide switch (16) in position below the support (18).
(7) Install the washers (20) and the screws (19).
(8) Install the washers (15) and the screws (14).
(9) Tighten the screws (14) and (19).
Subtask 34-41-37-420-059-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(2) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(3) Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.
(4) If you install the new mounting tray (21), make sure that you removed the attachment plates (6).
(5) Install the new AIPC 34-41-37-01-070 GASKETS (17) on the wave guide switch (16).
(6) Put and hold the wave guide switch (16) in position below the support (18).
(7) Install the washers (20) and the screws (19).
(8) Install the washers (15) and the screws (14).
(9) Tighten the screws (14) and (19).
B. Installation of the Mounting Tray
(1) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(2) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(3) Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.
(4) Put the mounting tray (21) in the housing (24).
(5) Install the washers (23) and the screws (22).
(6) Tighten the screws (22).
(7) Remove the blanking caps from the disconnected electrical connectors (3).
(9) Put and hold the attachment plates (6) in position.
(10) Install the washers (4) and the screws (5).
(11) Tighten the screws (5).
(12) Put the new AIPC 34-41-01-02-120 GASKETS (12) in their positions.
(13) Put the new AIPC 34-41-01-02-190 WINDOW (13) or the window (13) that you kept during the removal in position.
(a) Make sure that the arrow points in the direction of the mounting tray (21).
(14) Put the wave guide (11) in position and install the washers (10) and the screws (9).
and safety them with the 14QDC1 Wire-Locking Dia: 0.5 mm (0.020 inch) CRES - .
(16) Remove the PLUG-BLANKING from each disconnected line end.
(17) Connect the ventilation lines (8) to the mounting tray (21) and tighten the clamps (7).
(18) Remove the blanking caps from the disconnected electrical connector (1) and the receptacle (2).
Subtask 34-41-37-420-059-C ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(2) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(3) Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.
(4) Put the mounting tray (21) in the housing (24).
(5) Install the washers (23) and the screws (22).
(6) Tighten the screws (22).
(7) Remove the blanking caps from the disconnected electrical connectors (3).
CAUTION:
MAKE SURE THAT THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTORS ARE CLEAN BEFORE YOU DISCONNECT OR CONNECT THEM. CONTAMINATION ON THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTORS CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(8) Connect the electrical connectors (3) to their housings. (9) Put and hold the attachment plates (6) in position.
(10) Install the washers (4) and the screws (5).
(11) Tighten the screws (5).
(12) Put the new AIPC 34-41-01-02-120 GASKETS (12) in their positions.
(13) Put the new AIPC 34-41-01-02-190 WINDOW (13) or the window (13) that you kept during the removal in position.
(a) Make sure that the arrow points in the direction of the mounting tray (21).
(14) Put the wave guide (11) in position and install the washers (10) and the screws (9).
WARNING:
USE PROTECTIVE GOGGLES AND GLOVES WHEN YOU REMOVE OR INSTALL LOCKWIRE. EACH TIME YOU CUT LOCKWIRE, REMOVE AND DISCARD IT IMMEDIATELY. LOOSE LOCKWIRE CAN CUT YOU OR MAKE YOU BLIND, AND/OR CAN CAUSE DAMAGE.
(15) TORQUE the screws (9) to between 0.22 and 0.18 m.daN (19.47 and 15.93 lbf.in )
and safety them with the (16) Remove the PLUG-BLANKING from each disconnected line end.
(17) Connect the ventilation lines (8) to the mounting tray (21) and tighten the clamps (7).
(18) Remove the blanking caps from the disconnected electrical connector (1) and the receptacle (2).
CAUTION:
MAKE SURE THAT THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTORS ARE CLEAN BEFORE YOU DISCONNECT OR CONNECT THEM. CONTAMINATION ON THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTORS CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(19) Connect the electrical connector (1) to the receptacle (2). B. Installation of the Mounting Tray

(2) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(3) Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.
(4) Put the mounting tray (1) in the housing (5).
(5) Install the washers (16) and the screws (17).
(6) Tighten the screws (17).
(7) Remove the blanking caps from the disconnected electrical connectors (10).
(9) Put and hold the attachment plates (6) in position.
(10) Install the washers (8) and the screws (7).
(11) Tighten the screws (7).
(12) Put the new AIPC 34-41-81-02-140 GASKETS (14) in their positions.
(13) Put the new AIPC 34-41-81-02-210 WINDOW (15) or the window (15) that you kept during the removal in position.
(a) Make sure that the arrow points in the direction of the mounting tray (1).
(14) Put the wave guide (13) in position and install the washers (12) and the screws (11).
and safety them with the 14QDC1 Wire-Locking Dia: 0.5 mm (0.020 inch) CRES - .
(16) Remove the PLUG-BLANKING from each disconnected line end.
(17) Connect the ventilation line (3) to the mounting tray (1) and tighten the clamps (4).
(18) Remove the blanking caps from the disconnected electrical connector (9) and the receptacle (2).
5. Close-up(1) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(2) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(3) Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.
(4) Put the mounting tray (1) in the housing (5).
(5) Install the washers (16) and the screws (17).
(6) Tighten the screws (17).
(7) Remove the blanking caps from the disconnected electrical connectors (10).
CAUTION:
MAKE SURE THAT THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTORS ARE CLEAN BEFORE YOU DISCONNECT OR CONNECT THEM. CONTAMINATION ON THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTORS CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(8) Connect the electrical connectors (10) to their housings. (9) Put and hold the attachment plates (6) in position.
(10) Install the washers (8) and the screws (7).
(11) Tighten the screws (7).
(12) Put the new AIPC 34-41-81-02-140 GASKETS (14) in their positions.
(13) Put the new AIPC 34-41-81-02-210 WINDOW (15) or the window (15) that you kept during the removal in position.
(a) Make sure that the arrow points in the direction of the mounting tray (1).
(14) Put the wave guide (13) in position and install the washers (12) and the screws (11).
WARNING:
USE PROTECTIVE GOGGLES AND GLOVES WHEN YOU REMOVE OR INSTALL LOCKWIRE. EACH TIME YOU CUT LOCKWIRE, REMOVE AND DISCARD IT IMMEDIATELY. LOOSE LOCKWIRE CAN CUT YOU OR MAKE YOU BLIND, AND/OR CAN CAUSE DAMAGE.
(15) TORQUE the screws (11) to between 0.22 and 0.18 m.daN (19.47 and 15.93 lbf.in )
