Subtask 34-41-37-020-059-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL 4. Procedure

A. Removal of the Mounting Tray
(2) Loosen the clamps (4).
(3) Disconnect the ventilation line (3).
(4) Put the PLUG-BLANKING in each disconnected line end.
(6) Remove the screws (11) and the washers (12).
(7) Remove the wave guide (13) from its support.
(8) Remove and discard the gasket (14).
(9) Remove the window (15) and do a check of the window (15) for damage.
(a) If the window (15) is damaged, discard it.
(b) If the window (15) is not damaged, keep it for the installation.
(10) Remove the screws (7), washers (8) and attachment plates (6).
(12) Put the CAP - BLANKING on the disconnected electrical connectors (10) and (9) and the receptacle (2).
(13) Remove the screws (17) and the washers (16).
(14) Remove the mounting tray (1) from the housing (5).
Subtask 34-41-37-020-060-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL CAUTION:
MAKE SURE THAT THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTORS ARE CLEAN BEFORE YOU DISCONNECT OR CONNECT THEM. CONTAMINATION ON THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTORS CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(1) Disconnect the electrical connector (9) from the receptacle (2).(2) Loosen the clamps (4).
(3) Disconnect the ventilation line (3).
(4) Put the PLUG-BLANKING in each disconnected line end.
WARNING:
USE PROTECTIVE GOGGLES AND GLOVES WHEN YOU REMOVE OR INSTALL LOCKWIRE. EACH TIME YOU CUT LOCKWIRE, REMOVE AND DISCARD IT IMMEDIATELY. LOOSE LOCKWIRE CAN CUT YOU OR MAKE YOU BLIND, AND/OR CAN CAUSE DAMAGE.
(5) Cut and discard the lockwire from the screws (11). (6) Remove the screws (11) and the washers (12).
(7) Remove the wave guide (13) from its support.
(8) Remove and discard the gasket (14).
(9) Remove the window (15) and do a check of the window (15) for damage.
(a) If the window (15) is damaged, discard it.
(b) If the window (15) is not damaged, keep it for the installation.
(10) Remove the screws (7), washers (8) and attachment plates (6).
CAUTION:
MAKE SURE THAT THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTORS ARE CLEAN BEFORE YOU DISCONNECT OR CONNECT THEM. CONTAMINATION ON THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTORS CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(11) Disconnect the electrical connectors (10) from their housings. (12) Put the CAP - BLANKING on the disconnected electrical connectors (10) and (9) and the receptacle (2).
(13) Remove the screws (17) and the washers (16).
(14) Remove the mounting tray (1) from the housing (5).
A. Removal of the Mounting Tray
(2) Loosen the clamps (7).
(3) Disconnect the ventilation lines (8).
(4) Put the PLUG-BLANKING in each disconnected line end.
(6) Remove the screws (9) and the washers (10).
(7) Remove the wave guide (11) from its support.
(8) Remove and discard the gasket (12).
(9) Remove the window (13) and do a check of the window (13) for damage.
(a) If the window (13) is damaged, discard it.
(b) If the window (13) is not damaged, keep it for the installation.
(10) Remove the screws (5), washers (4) and attachment plates (6).
(12) Put the CAP - BLANKING on the disconnected electrical connectors (3) and (1) and the receptacle (2).
(13) Remove the screws (22) and the washers (23).
Subtask 34-41-37-020-066-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL CAUTION:
MAKE SURE THAT THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTORS ARE CLEAN BEFORE YOU DISCONNECT OR CONNECT THEM. CONTAMINATION ON THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTORS CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(1) Disconnect the electrical connector (1) from the receptacle (2).(2) Loosen the clamps (7).
(3) Disconnect the ventilation lines (8).
(4) Put the PLUG-BLANKING in each disconnected line end.
WARNING:
USE PROTECTIVE GOGGLES AND GLOVES WHEN YOU REMOVE OR INSTALL LOCKWIRE. EACH TIME YOU CUT LOCKWIRE, REMOVE AND DISCARD IT IMMEDIATELY. LOOSE LOCKWIRE CAN CUT YOU OR MAKE YOU BLIND, AND/OR CAN CAUSE DAMAGE.
(5) Cut and discard the lockwire from the screws (9). (6) Remove the screws (9) and the washers (10).
(7) Remove the wave guide (11) from its support.
(8) Remove and discard the gasket (12).
(9) Remove the window (13) and do a check of the window (13) for damage.
(a) If the window (13) is damaged, discard it.
(b) If the window (13) is not damaged, keep it for the installation.
(10) Remove the screws (5), washers (4) and attachment plates (6).
CAUTION:
MAKE SURE THAT THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTORS ARE CLEAN BEFORE YOU DISCONNECT OR CONNECT THEM. CONTAMINATION ON THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTORS CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(11) Disconnect the electrical connectors (3) from their housings. (12) Put the CAP - BLANKING on the disconnected electrical connectors (3) and (1) and the receptacle (2).
(13) Remove the screws (22) and the washers (23).
B. Removal of the Wave Guide Switch
(1) Remove the screws (14) and the washers (15).
(2) Hold the wave guide switch (16) and remove the screws (19) and the washers (20).
(3) Disengage and remove the wave guide switch (16) from the support (18).
(4) Remove and discard the gaskets (17).
(5) Remove the mounting tray (21) from the housing (24).
(1) Remove the screws (14) and the washers (15).
(2) Hold the wave guide switch (16) and remove the screws (19) and the washers (20).
(3) Disengage and remove the wave guide switch (16) from the support (18).
(4) Remove and discard the gaskets (17).
(5) Remove the mounting tray (21) from the housing (24).
