Subtask 34-41-37-020-050-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL 4. Procedure
Subtask 34-41-37-020-052-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Removal of the Mounting Tray
(1) Disconnect the electrical connector (9).
(2) Loosen the clamps (7).
(3) Disconnect the ventilation lines (8).
(4) Put the PLUG - BLANKING on the disconnected line ends (8).
(5) Removal of the waveguide (12):
(b) Remove the four screws (10) and the four washers (11).
(c) Disconnect the waveguide (12).
(d) Remove the window pressurization (13) and the O-rings (14).
(e) Discard the O-rings (14).
(f) Do a check of the window pressurization (13). The window must not show signs of damage. If the window shows signs of damage, discard it. If the window does not show signs of damage, you can continue to use it.
(g) Removal of the lockwire:
(h) Remove the four screws (24) and the four washers (25).
(i) Disconnect the waveguide (12) from the flange (26).
(j) Remove and discard the O-ring (27).
(k) Remove the waveguide (12).
(l) Put the CAP - BLANKING on the disconnected ends.
(6) Remove the screws (6), the washers (5) and the attachment plates (4).
(7) Remove the electrical connectors (3) from their housings.
(8) Put the CAP - BLANKING on the disconnected electrical connectors (1), (3) and (9).
(9) Remove the screws (22) and the washers (23).
Subtask 34-41-37-020-052-F ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Disconnect the electrical connector (9).
(2) Loosen the clamps (7).
(3) Disconnect the ventilation lines (8).
(4) Put the PLUG - BLANKING on the disconnected line ends (8).
(5) Removal of the waveguide (12):
CAUTION:
BE CAREFUL WHEN HANDLING THE WAVEGUIDE AS DAMAGE CAN OCCUR IF IT IS BENT BEYOND THE MANUFACTURERS LIMITATIONS. ENSURE THAT NO DEBRIS ENTERS THE WAVEGUIDE FROM THE OPEN END(S) WHEN REMOVED.
(a) Removal of the lockwire: WARNING:
USE PROTECTIVE GOGGLES AND GLOVES WHEN YOU REMOVE OR INSTALL LOCKWIRE. EACH TIME YOU CUT LOCKWIRE, REMOVE AND DISCARD IT IMMEDIATELY. LOOSE LOCKWIRE CAN CUT YOU OR MAKE YOU BLIND, AND/OR CAN CAUSE DAMAGE.
1 Cut and discard the lockwire from the screws (10). (b) Remove the four screws (10) and the four washers (11).
(c) Disconnect the waveguide (12).
(d) Remove the window pressurization (13) and the O-rings (14).
(e) Discard the O-rings (14).
(f) Do a check of the window pressurization (13). The window must not show signs of damage. If the window shows signs of damage, discard it. If the window does not show signs of damage, you can continue to use it.
(g) Removal of the lockwire:
WARNING:
USE PROTECTIVE GOGGLES AND GLOVES WHEN YOU REMOVE OR INSTALL LOCKWIRE. EACH TIME YOU CUT LOCKWIRE, REMOVE AND DISCARD IT IMMEDIATELY. LOOSE LOCKWIRE CAN CUT YOU OR MAKE YOU BLIND, AND/OR CAN CAUSE DAMAGE.
1 Cut and discard the lockwire from the screws (24). (h) Remove the four screws (24) and the four washers (25).
(i) Disconnect the waveguide (12) from the flange (26).
(j) Remove and discard the O-ring (27).
(k) Remove the waveguide (12).
(l) Put the CAP - BLANKING on the disconnected ends.
(6) Remove the screws (6), the washers (5) and the attachment plates (4).
(7) Remove the electrical connectors (3) from their housings.
(8) Put the CAP - BLANKING on the disconnected electrical connectors (1), (3) and (9).
(9) Remove the screws (22) and the washers (23).
A. Removal of the Mounting Tray
(1) Disconnect the electrical connector (9).
(2) Loosen the clamps (7).
(3) Disconnect the ventilation lines (8).
(4) Put PLUG - BLANKING on the disconnected line ends (8).
(5) Remove the lockwire:
(6) Remove the screws (10) and the washers (11).
(7) Remove the wave guide (12) from its support. Remove the window (13) and the O-rings (14).
(8) Remove the screws (6), the washers (5) and the attachment plates (4).
(9) Remove the electrical connectors (3) from their housings.
(10) Put CAP - BLANKING on the disconnected electrical connectors (1), (3) and (9).
(11) Remove the screws (22) and the washers (23).
Subtask 34-41-37-020-052-G ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Disconnect the electrical connector (9).
(2) Loosen the clamps (7).
(3) Disconnect the ventilation lines (8).
(4) Put PLUG - BLANKING on the disconnected line ends (8).
(5) Remove the lockwire:

(7) Remove the wave guide (12) from its support. Remove the window (13) and the O-rings (14).
(8) Remove the screws (6), the washers (5) and the attachment plates (4).
(9) Remove the electrical connectors (3) from their housings.
(10) Put CAP - BLANKING on the disconnected electrical connectors (1), (3) and (9).
(11) Remove the screws (22) and the washers (23).
A. Removal of the Mounting Tray
(1) Disconnect the electrical connector (9).
(2) Loosen the two clamps (7).
(3) Disconnect the ventilation line (8).
(4) Put PLUG - BLANKING on the disconnected line end (8).
(5) Remove the lockwire.
(6) Remove the four screws (10) and the washers (11).
(7) Disconnect the wave guide (12) from its support. Remove the window (13) and the O-rings (14).
(8) Remove the ten screws (6), the washers (5) and the attachment plates (4).
(9) Remove the electrical connectors (3) from their housings.
(10) Put CAP - BLANKING on the disconnected electrical connectors (1), (3) and (9).
(11) Remove the four screws (16) and the washers (17).
(12) Remove the mounting tray (15).
Subtask 34-41-37-020-062-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Disconnect the electrical connector (9).
(2) Loosen the two clamps (7).
(3) Disconnect the ventilation line (8).
(4) Put PLUG - BLANKING on the disconnected line end (8).
(5) Remove the lockwire.
WARNING:

(7) Disconnect the wave guide (12) from its support. Remove the window (13) and the O-rings (14).
(8) Remove the ten screws (6), the washers (5) and the attachment plates (4).
(9) Remove the electrical connectors (3) from their housings.
(10) Put CAP - BLANKING on the disconnected electrical connectors (1), (3) and (9).
(11) Remove the four screws (16) and the washers (17).
(12) Remove the mounting tray (15).
B. Removal of the Wave Guide Switch
(1) Remove the screws (15) and the washers (16).
(2) Hold the wave guide switch (17) and remove the screws (18) and the washers (19).
(3) Disengage the wave guide switch (17) from its support (20).
(4) Remove the Mounting tray (21).
Subtask 34-41-37-020-062-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Remove the screws (15) and the washers (16).
(2) Hold the wave guide switch (17) and remove the screws (18) and the washers (19).
(3) Disengage the wave guide switch (17) from its support (20).
(4) Remove the Mounting tray (21).
B. Removal of the Wave Guide Switch
(1) Remove the eight screws (15) and the eight washers (16).
(2) Hold the wave guide switch (17) and remove the four screws (19) and the eight washers (20).
(3) Disengage the wave guide switch (17) from its support (21).
(4) Remove and discard the two gaskets (18) from the wave guide switch (17).
(5) Remove the Mounting tray (22).
(1) Remove the eight screws (15) and the eight washers (16).
(2) Hold the wave guide switch (17) and remove the four screws (19) and the eight washers (20).
(3) Disengage the wave guide switch (17) from its support (21).
(4) Remove and discard the two gaskets (18) from the wave guide switch (17).
(5) Remove the Mounting tray (22).
