C. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Make sure that the ACCESS PLATFORM 4M (13 FT) is in position below the applicable zone 534 or 634.
(2) Make sure that the navigation-light glazing panel (1) is removed (Ref. AMM TASK 57-37-12-000-802).

A. Preparation for Installation
(2) Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.
(3) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
Subtask 33-41-11-420-056-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL WARNING:
BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU USE CONSUMABLE MATERIALS. OBEY THE MATERIAL MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS AND YOUR LOCAL REGULATIONS.
(1) Clean the component interface and/or the adjacent area with a clean Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) made moist with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) . (2) Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.
(3) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
B. Installation of the LED Light Module(s) of the Wing-Tip Navigation Light
(1) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.
(2) Make sure that all the electrical connections are clean and in the correct condition.
(3) For the left wing (zone 534):
(a) Put the new AIPC 33-41-11-01-050 PACKINGS (3) in position on the AIPC 33-41-11-01-060 LED LIGHT MODULE (5) and carefully push the module onto the electrical connector (2).
(4) For the right wing (zone 634):
(a) Put the new AIPC 33-41-11-01-050 PACKINGS (3) in position on the AIPC 33-41-11-01-070 LED LIGHT MODULE (5) and carefully push the module onto the electrical connector (2).
(5) Install the screws (4).
(6) TORQUE the screws (4) to between 0.1 and 0.07 m.daN (8.85 and 6.19 lbf.in )

(4) For the right wing (zone 634):
(a) Put the new AIPC 33-41-11-01-050 PACKINGS (3) in position on the AIPC 33-41-11-01-070 LED LIGHT MODULE (5) and carefully push the module onto the electrical connector (2).
(5) Install the screws (4).
(6) TORQUE the screws (4) to between 0.1 and 0.07 m.daN (8.85 and 6.19 lbf.in )
. NOTE: If you torque the screws (4) to more than 0.1 m.daN (8.85 lbf.in), the packings (3) can become damaged.
(7) Install the navigation-light glazing panel (1) (Ref. AMM TASK 57-37-12-400-802). C. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Energize the aircraft electrical circuits (Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-861-002).
