C. Get Access
(1) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 4M (13 FT) below applicable zone 534 or 634.
(2) Remove the wingtip glazing panel (1) (Ref. AMM TASK 57-37-12-000-802).

4. Procedure
Subtask 33-41-11-020-050-C ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. Removal of the Wingtip Navigation Light

CAUTION: DO NOT TOUCH THE LAMP GLASS WITH YOUR FINGERS. THE OILS FROM YOUR SKIN WILL QUICKLY CAUSE DETERIORATION OF THE LAMP. IF YOU ACCIDENTALLY TOUCH THE LAMP GLASS, CLEAN IT WITH A LINT-FREE CLOTH.

(1) Remove the bolts (5) and the washers (4).
(2) Pull out the navigation light (3) sufficiently and disconnect the electrical connector (2).
(3) Remove the navigation light (3).
(4) Put the CAP-BLANKING on each disconnected electrical connector and receptacle.
