A. Energize the aircraft electrical circuits (Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-861-002).

B. Make sure that this(these) circuit breaker(s) is(are) closed:

C. Get Access
   (1) Open the nose gear doors for access (Ref. AMM TASK 32-22-00-010-001).
   (2) Depressurize the Green, Yellow and Blue hydraulic systems (Ref. AMM TASK 29-10-00-864-001) (Ref. AMM TASK 29-10-00-864-002) (Ref. AMM TASK 29-10-00-864-003).
   (3) Install the 98D32203502000 SAFETY PIN - NLG DOOR on the nose gear doors.

     (a) FOR [3LL] (SOCKET)

   (4) Put the STEPLADDER 2.0 M (6.6 FT) in position in zone 123.

     (a) FOR [4LL] (SOCKET)

   (5) Open the access panel 191MB.
   (6) Use the MULTIMETER - STANDARD for this test.
4. Procedure

A. Test of the Maintenance Sockets
   (1) Do this test.
ACTION
RESULT
1.On the electrical combination panel 2025VU:
  • measure the output voltage between the connections + and N on the maintenance socket 4LL.
On the multimeter:

  • the output voltage is 28 V DC.
2.In the nose wheel well compartment zone 123:
  • measure the output voltage between the connections + and N on the maintenance socket 3LL.
On the multimeter:

  • the output voltage is 28 V DC.
5. Close-up

A. Close Access
   (1) Remove the multimeter.
   (2) Remove the SAFETY PIN - NLG from the nose gear door (Ref. AMM TASK 32-22-00-410-001).
   (3) Remove the stepladder.
   (4) Pressurize the Yellow hydraulic system to close the nose gear doors.
   (5) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
   (6) Close the nose gear doors (Ref. AMM TASK 32-22-00-410-001).
     (a) FOR [4LL] (SOCKET)
   (7) Close the access panel 191MB.

B. De-energize the aircraft electrical circuits (Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-862-002).
