Removal/installation of the Loading-Area LightSubtask 33-34-12-861-050-A Subtask 33-34-12-010-050-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
B. Get Access
(1) Open the FWD and/or AFT cargo-compartment door(s) (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-001).
(2) Put an ACCESS PLATFORM 3M (10 FT)- ADJUSTABLE in position at the FWD and/or AFT cargo-compartment door.
(3) Set the FWD Loading-Area Light switch 7LU and/or the AFT Loading-Area Light switch 9LU to the ON position.
(4) Remove the applicable cargo-compartment ceiling panel:
(a) FOR [11LU] (CARGO LOAD.AREA LIGHT)

(b) FOR [12LU] (CARGO LOAD.AREA LIGHT)
151CC (Ref. AMM TASK 25-55-11-000-002).
(5) Get access to the applicable 2000VU series panel.
Subtask 33-34-12-010-050-D ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Open the FWD and/or AFT cargo-compartment door(s) (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-001).
(2) Put an ACCESS PLATFORM 3M (10 FT)- ADJUSTABLE in position at the FWD and/or AFT cargo-compartment door.
(3) Set the FWD Loading-Area Light switch 7LU and/or the AFT Loading-Area Light switch 9LU to the ON position.
(4) Remove the applicable cargo-compartment ceiling panel:
(a) FOR [11LU] (CARGO LOAD.AREA LIGHT)

(b) FOR [12LU] (CARGO LOAD.AREA LIGHT)
151CC (Ref. AMM TASK 25-55-11-000-002).
(5) Get access to the applicable 2000VU series panel.
B. Get Access
(1) Open the FWD and/or AFT cargo-compartment door(s) (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-001).
(2) Put an ACCESS PLATFORM 3M (10 FT)- ADJUSTABLE in position at the FWD and/or AFT cargo-compartment door.
(3) Set the FWD Loading-Area Light switch 7LU and/or the AFT Loading-Area Light switch 9LU to the ON position.
(4) Remove the applicable cargo-compartment ceiling panel:
(a) FOR [11LU] (CARGO LOAD.AREA LIGHT)

(b) FOR [12LU] (CARGO LOAD.AREA LIGHT)
151HC (Ref. AMM TASK 25-55-11-000-002).
(5) Get access to the applicable 2000VU series panel.
Subtask 33-34-12-865-050-A (1) Open the FWD and/or AFT cargo-compartment door(s) (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-001).
(2) Put an ACCESS PLATFORM 3M (10 FT)- ADJUSTABLE in position at the FWD and/or AFT cargo-compartment door.
(3) Set the FWD Loading-Area Light switch 7LU and/or the AFT Loading-Area Light switch 9LU to the ON position.
(4) Remove the applicable cargo-compartment ceiling panel:
(a) FOR [11LU] (CARGO LOAD.AREA LIGHT)

(b) FOR [12LU] (CARGO LOAD.AREA LIGHT)

(5) Get access to the applicable 2000VU series panel.

A. Removal of the Loading-Area Light (11LU, 12LU)
(1) Removal of the Loading-Area Light-Housing
(a) Remove the screws (7) from the access panel (6).
(b) Remove the access panel (6).
(c) Remove the screws (9), the washers (8) and the nuts (12).
(d) Remove the bracket assembly (5) and the gasket (4).
(e) Use the M81969-14-02 INSERTION REMOVAL TOOL to disconnect the electrical connectors (11).
(f) Remove the screws (2), the washers (1) and the nuts (13) from the bracket (14).
(g) Remove the loading-area light-housing (10).
(h) Remove the flange assembly (3).
(2) Removal of the Bulb of the Loading-Area Light
(a) Loosen the screw (2) of the clamping ring (1).
(b) Remove the clamping ring (1) and the lens (3).
(c) Remove the bulb (4) from the loading-area light housing (5).
Subtask 33-34-12-020-050-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Removal of the Loading-Area Light-Housing
(a) Remove the screws (7) from the access panel (6).
(b) Remove the access panel (6).
(c) Remove the screws (9), the washers (8) and the nuts (12).
(d) Remove the bracket assembly (5) and the gasket (4).
(e) Use the M81969-14-02 INSERTION REMOVAL TOOL to disconnect the electrical connectors (11).
(f) Remove the screws (2), the washers (1) and the nuts (13) from the bracket (14).
(g) Remove the loading-area light-housing (10).
(h) Remove the flange assembly (3).
(2) Removal of the Bulb of the Loading-Area Light
(a) Loosen the screw (2) of the clamping ring (1).
(b) Remove the clamping ring (1) and the lens (3).
(c) Remove the bulb (4) from the loading-area light housing (5).
A. Removal of the Loading-Area Light (11LU, 12LU)
(1) Removal of the forward loading-area Light (11LU)
(a) Remove the screws (7) from the access panel (6).
(b) Remove the access panel (6).
(c) Remove the screws (9), the washers (8) and the nuts (12).
(d) Remove the bracket assembly (5) and the gasket (4).
(e) Use the M81969-14-02 INSERTION REMOVAL TOOL to disconnect the electrical connectors (11).
(f) Remove the screws (2), the washers (1) and the nuts (13) from the bracket (14).
(g) Remove the loading-area light-housing (10).
(h) Remove the flange assembly (3).
(2) Removal of the aft loading-area light (12LU)
(a) Remove the screws (32), and the spacers (31) from the bracket assembly (21).
(b) Carefully lower the loading-area light-housing (30) from the bracket assembly (21).
(d) Remove the screw (27), the washers (28) and the nut (34) from the lanyard and remove the loading-area light-housing (30).
(e) Remove the access panel (22).
(f) Remove the screws (35) from the access panel (22) and remove the bracket assembly (21).
(g) Remove the screw (24), the washers (25) and the nut (26) from the bracket (23) and remove the lanyard (29).
(3) Removal of the Bulb of the Loading-Area Light (11LU, 12LU)
(a) Loosen the screw (2) of the clamping ring (1).
(b) Remove the clamping ring (1) and the lens (3).
(c) Remove the bulb (4) from the loading-area light housing (5).
Subtask 33-34-12-020-050-D ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Removal of the forward loading-area Light (11LU)
(a) Remove the screws (7) from the access panel (6).
(b) Remove the access panel (6).
(c) Remove the screws (9), the washers (8) and the nuts (12).
(d) Remove the bracket assembly (5) and the gasket (4).
(e) Use the M81969-14-02 INSERTION REMOVAL TOOL to disconnect the electrical connectors (11).
(f) Remove the screws (2), the washers (1) and the nuts (13) from the bracket (14).
(g) Remove the loading-area light-housing (10).
(h) Remove the flange assembly (3).
(2) Removal of the aft loading-area light (12LU)
(a) Remove the screws (32), and the spacers (31) from the bracket assembly (21).
(b) Carefully lower the loading-area light-housing (30) from the bracket assembly (21).
NOTE: The loading-area light-housing is secured by a lanyard.
(c) Use the M81969-14-02 INSERTION REMOVAL TOOL to disconnect the electrical connectors (33). (d) Remove the screw (27), the washers (28) and the nut (34) from the lanyard and remove the loading-area light-housing (30).
(e) Remove the access panel (22).
(f) Remove the screws (35) from the access panel (22) and remove the bracket assembly (21).
(g) Remove the screw (24), the washers (25) and the nut (26) from the bracket (23) and remove the lanyard (29).
(3) Removal of the Bulb of the Loading-Area Light (11LU, 12LU)
(a) Loosen the screw (2) of the clamping ring (1).
(b) Remove the clamping ring (1) and the lens (3).
(c) Remove the bulb (4) from the loading-area light housing (5).
A. Removal of the Loading-Area Light (11LU, 12LU)
(1) Hold the housing (1) and remove the six screws (4) that attach the frame (3) on the housing (1).
(2) Carefully remove the frame (3) along with the loosely assembled lens (2) from the housing (1).
(3) Remove and discard the AIPC 33-34-12-03-020 GASKET (5).
(1) Hold the housing (1) and remove the six screws (4) that attach the frame (3) on the housing (1).
(2) Carefully remove the frame (3) along with the loosely assembled lens (2) from the housing (1).
(3) Remove and discard the AIPC 33-34-12-03-020 GASKET (5).
