B. Get Access
   (1) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 4M (13 FT)-ADJUSTABLE in position below the APU compartment.
WARNING: LOCK THE MECHANISM OF THE ACCESS DOOR 316AR WITH THE PIP PIN WHEN YOU OPEN THE ACCESS DOOR. THIS WILL PREVENT INJURY.
   (2) Open the APU access doors 315AL 316AR.
   (3) Set the switch 11LJ at Zone 315 to the OFF position.
4. Procedure
Subtask 33-31-11-020-050-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Removal of the Service Area Light and the Lamp
   (1) Remove the lamp:
     (a) Remove the screws (12), the grid-screen (7), the lens (8) and the seal (9) from the housing (11).
     (b) Remove the lamp (10).
   (2) Remove the service area light:
     (a) Remove the screws (6), the washers (5) and hold the service area light (4) to get access to the electrical connectors (1).
     (b) Remove the nuts (3), the washers (2) and the electrical connectors (1).
     (c) Put the CAP-BLANKING on each disconnected electrical connector and receptacle.
     (d) Remove the service area light (4).
Subtask 33-31-11-020-050-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Removal of the Service Area Light
   (1) Remove the screws (4) with the washers (5) and hold the service area light (1) to get access to the electrical connectors (2) and (3).
   (2) Disconnect the electrical connectors (2) and (3).
   (3) Put the CAP-BLANKING on each disconnected electrical connector and receptacle.
   (4) Remove the service area light (1).
