4. Procedure
Subtask 33-27-41-420-050-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Installation of the Stand Alone Passenger Interface and Supply Adapter (StA- PISA)
NOTE: The installation procedure for the StA-PISA is the same. Only one procedure is given. For location of StA-PISA refer to (Ref. AMM D/O 33-27-00-00).
   (1) Do the subsequent steps to install the StA-PISA:
WARNING: BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN YOU DO WORK ON CIRCUIT BREAKER PANELS. THERE IS A HIGH VOLTAGE BEHIND THESE PANELS.
     (a) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
     (b) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
     (c) Make sure that the ground bonding points of the StA-PISA are free of paint and corrosion.
     (d) Put the StA-PISA (1) in the correct position as recorded in the removal procedure.
     (e) Make sure the related cable clips are in the correct position on the cable loom as noted in the removal procedure.
     (f) Put the cable clips and the cable loom in position.
     (g) Install the screws (2) and the washers (3).
WARNING: BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU USE CONSUMABLE MATERIALS. OBEY THE MATERIAL MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS AND YOUR LOCAL REGULATIONS.
     (h) Apply the STRUCTURE PAINTS (Material No. Coating_- Flexible Structure (Material No.04QAB2) ) to the ground bonding points of the StA-PISA (1).
     (i) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.
     (j) Make sure that all the electrical connections are clean and in the correct condition.
     (k) Connect three electrical connectors (6), (7) and (8) to the StA-PISA (1).
     (l) Safety the electrical connectors (6), (7) and (8).
CAUTION: MAKE SURE THAT THE SPRING LATCHES CORRECTLY HOLD THE CONNECTOR IN THE FULLY ENGAGED POSITION. THE SPRING LATCHES PREVENT UNWANTED MOVEMENT OF THE CONNECTOR, AND THUS THE RISK OF ARCING, WHICH CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE UNIT.
1 Safety the electrical connectors (6), (7) and (8) with the related spring latches (4),(5) and (9).

   (2) Do the subsequent steps to close the related circuit breaker panel:
     (a) Install the related circuit breaker panel with the detent hook and the quick-release fasteners.
