A. Preparation for Installation
(1) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(2) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(3) Make sure that the STEPLADDER 1.0 M (3.3 FT) is in position below the related panel.
(4) Make sure that the related circuit breaker panel is lowered.

(2) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.
Subtask 33-27-12-420-053-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL CAUTION:
DO NOT TOUCH THE LAMP GLASS WITH YOUR FINGERS.
THE OILS FROM YOUR SKIN WILL QUICKLY CAUSE DETERIORATION OF THE LAMP.
IF YOU ACCIDENTALLY TOUCH THE LAMP GLASS, CLEAN IT WITH A LINT-FREE CLOTH.
(1) Install the cabin attendant work-lights (3) with the circlips (1). (2) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.
CAUTION:
MAKE SURE THAT THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTORS ARE CLEAN BEFORE YOU DISCONNECT OR CONNECT THEM. CONTAMINATION ON THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTORS CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
CAUTION:
REFER TO THE MATCH MARKS MADE DURING THE REMOVAL WHEN YOU CONNECT THE ELECTRICAL WIRES.
INCORRECT CONNECTION OF THE WIRES WILL CAUSE DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(3) Connect the electrical connectors (2) to the cabin attendant work-lights (3). B. Installation of the Cabin Attendant Work-Lights
(2) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.
Subtask 33-27-12-410-052-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL CAUTION:

E. Preparation for the Test
(1) Energize the aircraft electrical circuits (Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-861-002).
(2) Remove the lens (4) from the related cabin attendant work-light.
(3) Install the 8PE004363-10 ADJUSTING DEVICE to the work-light housing-rim and turn clockwise to lock.
(4) On the forward attendant panel 120RH push the MAIN ON and POWER ATTN pushbutton switches.
Subtask 33-27-12-860-051-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Energize the aircraft electrical circuits (Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-861-002).
(2) Remove the lens (4) from the related cabin attendant work-light.
(3) Install the 8PE004363-10 ADJUSTING DEVICE to the work-light housing-rim and turn clockwise to lock.
(4) On the forward attendant panel 120RH push the MAIN ON and POWER ATTN pushbutton switches.
E. Preparation for the Test
(1) Energize the aircraft electrical circuits (Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-861-002).
(2) Remove the lens (4) from the related cabin attendant work-light (3).
(3) Install the 8PE455160-20 TOOL-ADJUSTMENT, READING LIGHT to the work-light housing-rim and turn clockwise to lock.
(4) On the Flight Attendant Panel (FAP) 120RH push the LIGHT MAIN ON/OFF button.
Subtask 33-27-12-860-051-C ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Energize the aircraft electrical circuits (Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-861-002).
(2) Remove the lens (4) from the related cabin attendant work-light (3).
(3) Install the 8PE455160-20 TOOL-ADJUSTMENT, READING LIGHT to the work-light housing-rim and turn clockwise to lock.
(4) On the Flight Attendant Panel (FAP) 120RH push the LIGHT MAIN ON/OFF button.
E. Preparation for the Test
(2) Install the 8PE455838-00 TOOL-ADJUSTMENT,READING LIGHT to remove the lens (4) from the related cabin attendant work-light (3).
(3) Turn the small end of the 8PE455838-00 TOOL-ADJUSTMENT,READING LIGHT in the direction of the cabin attendant work-light (3).
(4) Install the 8PE455838-00 TOOL-ADJUSTMENT,READING LIGHT to the cabin attendant work-light (3) and lock it.
(5) On Flight Attendant Panel (FAP) 120RH push the 'LIGHT MAIN ON/OFF' button.
Subtask 33-27-12-710-051-A NOTE: The lens (4) stays on the 8PE455838-00 TOOL-ADJUSTMENT,READING LIGHT during the adjustment procedure.
(1) Energize the aircraft electrical circuits (Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-861-002). (2) Install the 8PE455838-00 TOOL-ADJUSTMENT,READING LIGHT to remove the lens (4) from the related cabin attendant work-light (3).
(3) Turn the small end of the 8PE455838-00 TOOL-ADJUSTMENT,READING LIGHT in the direction of the cabin attendant work-light (3).
(4) Install the 8PE455838-00 TOOL-ADJUSTMENT,READING LIGHT to the cabin attendant work-light (3) and lock it.
(5) On Flight Attendant Panel (FAP) 120RH push the 'LIGHT MAIN ON/OFF' button.
F. Operational Test
(1) Do this test of the cabin attendant work-lights:
(2) If installed, do the adjustment of the passenger reading lights (Ref. AMM TASK 33-25-00-820-001).

A. Put the aircraft back to the serviceable condition.
(1) On the forward attendant panel 120RH push the POWER ATTN pushbutton switch to off.
(2) Turn the optical adjusting tool counterclockwise to unlock and remove.
(3) Install the lens (4) into the work light housing.
(4) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
Subtask 33-27-12-860-052-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) On the forward attendant panel 120RH push the POWER ATTN pushbutton switch to off.
(2) Turn the optical adjusting tool counterclockwise to unlock and remove.
(3) Install the lens (4) into the work light housing.
(4) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
A. Put the aircraft back to the serviceable condition.
(1) On the FAP 120RH push the LIGHT MAIN ON/OFF button.
(2) Turn the 8PE455160-20 TOOL-ADJUSTMENT, READING LIGHT counterclockwise to unlock and remove.
(3) Install the lens (4) into the work light housing.
(4) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.

(4) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.

(4) Install the lens (4) into the work light housing and remove the 8PE455838-00 TOOL-ADJUSTMENT,READING LIGHT.
(5) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.

(3) Turn the end of the 8PE455838-00 TOOL-ADJUSTMENT,READING LIGHT with the lens (4) in the direction of the cabin attendant work-light (3).
(4) Install the lens (4) into the work light housing and remove the 8PE455838-00 TOOL-ADJUSTMENT,READING LIGHT.
(5) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
