Subtask 33-12-17-420-054-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Installation of Pedestal Flood-Light Single-Control-Box (50LE)
(1) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(2) If the new single control box (9) has the washer (8) and the nut (7):
(4) Install the washer (8) and the nut (7).
(5) TORQUE the nut (7) to between 0.25 and 0.20 m.daN (22.12 and 17.70 lbf.in )

(6) Put the placard (3) in position on the flood-light panel 112VU (1) and hold it in this position.
(7) Attach the placard (3) with the two screws (4).
(8) Install the knob (5). Be careful not to cause damage to the flat of the axle of the single control box (9).
(9) Tighten the two screws (6).
(10) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.
(11) Make sure that all the electrical connections are clean and in the correct condition.
(12) Install the connector (10) and attach it with the two screws (11) at the rear of the single control box (9).
(13) Install flood-light panel 112VU (1) with the two fasteners (2).
Subtask 33-12-17-420-055-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(2) If the new single control box (9) has the washer (8) and the nut (7):
- Make sure that you remove them before you put the single control box (9) in position.
(4) Install the washer (8) and the nut (7).
(5) TORQUE the nut (7) to between 0.25 and 0.20 m.daN (22.12 and 17.70 lbf.in )
. (6) Put the placard (3) in position on the flood-light panel 112VU (1) and hold it in this position.
(7) Attach the placard (3) with the two screws (4).
(8) Install the knob (5). Be careful not to cause damage to the flat of the axle of the single control box (9).
(9) Tighten the two screws (6).
(10) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.
(11) Make sure that all the electrical connections are clean and in the correct condition.
(12) Install the connector (10) and attach it with the two screws (11) at the rear of the single control box (9).
(13) Install flood-light panel 112VU (1) with the two fasteners (2).
B. Installation of Main-Panel Flood-Light Double-Control-Box (52LE)
(1) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(2) If the new double control box (20) has the washer (19) and the nut (18):
(4) Install the washer (19) and the nut (18).
(5) TORQUE the nut (18) to between 0.25 and 0.20 m.daN (22.12 and 17.70 lbf.in )

(6) Put the placard (14) in position on the flood light/integral-light panel 111VU (12) and hold it in this position.
(7) Attach the placard (14) with the two screws (15).
(8) Install the knob (16). Be careful not to cause damage to the flat of the axle of the double control box (20).
(9) Tighten the two screws (17).
(10) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.
(11) Make sure that all the electrical connections are clean and in the correct condition.
(12) Install the connector (21) and attach it with the two screws (22) at the rear of the double control box (20).
(13) Install the flood light/integral-light panel 111VU (12) with the two fasteners (13).
Subtask 33-12-17-865-058-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(2) If the new double control box (20) has the washer (19) and the nut (18):
- Make sure that you remove them before you put the double control box (20) in position.
(4) Install the washer (19) and the nut (18).
(5) TORQUE the nut (18) to between 0.25 and 0.20 m.daN (22.12 and 17.70 lbf.in )
. (6) Put the placard (14) in position on the flood light/integral-light panel 111VU (12) and hold it in this position.
(7) Attach the placard (14) with the two screws (15).
(8) Install the knob (16). Be careful not to cause damage to the flat of the axle of the double control box (20).
(9) Tighten the two screws (17).
(10) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.
(11) Make sure that all the electrical connections are clean and in the correct condition.
(12) Install the connector (21) and attach it with the two screws (22) at the rear of the double control box (20).
(13) Install the flood light/integral-light panel 111VU (12) with the two fasteners (13).
C. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s):
