CAUTION: DO NOT TOUCH THE LAMP GLASS WITH YOUR FINGERS. THE OILS FROM YOUR SKIN WILL QUICKLY CAUSE DETERIORATION OF THE LAMP. IF YOU ACCIDENTALLY TOUCH THE LAMP GLASS, CLEAN IT WITH A LINT-FREE CLOTH.

A. Make sure that this(these) circuit breaker(s) is(are) open, safetied and tagged:

B. Preparation for the Installation
(1) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(2) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.

4. Procedure
Subtask 33-12-14-420-052-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. Installation of the Bulb in the Center Pedestal Light
(1) Install the AIPC 33-12-14-01-020 BULB (2)
(2) Install the lens (1) on the body of the light (3).

Subtask 33-12-14-420-053-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

B. Installation of the Center Pedestal Light
(1) Install the light (6) on the panel (7).
(2) Install the circlips (4) on the light (6).
(3) Connect the female electrical connectors (9) to the male electrical connectors (8).
(4) Tighten the quick-disconnect fasteners (5) on the panel (7).

B. Installation of the Center Pedestal Light
(1) If the new center of pedestal light (3) already has the circlips (1), make sure you that you remove it before you install the center pedestal light (3).
(2) Install the center pedestal light (3) on the overhead control and indicating panel 48VU (5).
(3) Install the circlips (1) on the center pedestal light (3).

CAUTION: REFER TO THE MATCH MARKS MADE DURING THE REMOVAL WHEN YOU CONNECT THE ELECTRICAL WIRES. INCORRECT CONNECTION OF THE WIRES WILL CAUSE DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.

(4) Connect the female electrical connectors (2) to the male electrical connectors (4).
(5) Tighten the four quick-disconnect fasteners (6) on the overhead control and indicating panel 48VU (5).

C. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s):
