Removal of the Center Pedestal Light
CAUTION:
DO NOT TOUCH THE LAMP GLASS WITH YOUR FINGERS.
THE OILS FROM YOUR SKIN WILL QUICKLY CAUSE DETERIORATION OF THE LAMP.
IF YOU ACCIDENTALLY TOUCH THE LAMP GLASS, CLEAN IT WITH A LINT-FREE CLOTH.

Subtask 33-12-14-020-052-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Removal of the Bulb from the Center Pedestal Light
(1) Remove the lens (1) from the body of the light (3) with a screwdriver.
(2) Remove the bulb (2) from the socket inside the body of the light (3).
Subtask 33-12-14-020-053-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Remove the lens (1) from the body of the light (3) with a screwdriver.
(2) Remove the bulb (2) from the socket inside the body of the light (3).
B. Removal of the Center Pedestal Light
(1) Loosen the quick-disconnect fasteners (5) from the panel (7).
(2) Disconnect the female electrical connectors (9) from the male electrical connectors (8) of the center pedestal light (6).
(3) Remove the circlips (4) from the light (6).
(4) Remove the light.
Subtask 33-12-14-020-053-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Loosen the quick-disconnect fasteners (5) from the panel (7).
(2) Disconnect the female electrical connectors (9) from the male electrical connectors (8) of the center pedestal light (6).
(3) Remove the circlips (4) from the light (6).
(4) Remove the light.
B. Removal of the Center Pedestal Light
(1) Loosen the four quick-disconnect fasteners (6) from the overhead control and indicating panel 48VU (5).
(2) Carefully pull the overhead control and indicating panel 48VU (5).
(4) Remove the circlips (1) from the center of pedestal light (3).
(5) Remove the center of pedestal light (3).
(1) Loosen the four quick-disconnect fasteners (6) from the overhead control and indicating panel 48VU (5).
(2) Carefully pull the overhead control and indicating panel 48VU (5).
CAUTION:
MAKE MATCH MARKS ON ALL THE ELECTRICAL WIRES BEFORE YOU DISCONNECT THEM. INCORRECT CONNECTION OF WIRES WILL CAUSE DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(3) Disconnect the female electrical connectors (2) from the male electrical connectors (4) of the center of pedestal light (3). (4) Remove the circlips (1) from the center of pedestal light (3).
(5) Remove the center of pedestal light (3).
