Replacement of the Bulb of the Captain or F/O Main Instrument-Panel-Light
CAUTION:
DO NOT TOUCH THE LAMP GLASS WITH YOUR FINGERS.
THE OILS FROM YOUR SKIN WILL QUICKLY CAUSE DETERIORATION OF THE LAMP.
IF YOU ACCIDENTALLY TOUCH THE LAMP GLASS, CLEAN IT WITH A LINT-FREE CLOTH.

Subtask 33-12-13-020-056-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Removal of the Bulb of the Captain or F/O Main Instrument-Panel-Light
(1) Hold the light (2) and loosen the four fasteners (4).
(2) Remove the light (2) from its housing.
(3) Disconnect the electrical connector (1) from the connector (5).
(4) Remove the defective bulb (3).
Subtask 33-12-13-420-056-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Hold the light (2) and loosen the four fasteners (4).
(2) Remove the light (2) from its housing.
(3) Disconnect the electrical connector (1) from the connector (5).
(4) Remove the defective bulb (3).
B. Installation of the Bulb of the Captain or F/O Main Instrument-Panel-Light
(1) FOR [36LE] (LT-MAIN INSTRUMENT PNL, F/O)
(a) Install a new AIPC 33-12-13-01-010 BULB (3).
(b) Connect the electrical connector (1) to the connector (5) of the light (2).
(c) Install the light (2) in the housing and hold it.
(d) Tighten the four fasteners (4).
(2) FOR [37LE] (LT-MAIN INSTRUMENT PNL, CAPT)
(a) Install a new AIPC 33-12-13-02-010 BULB (3).
(b) Connect the electrical connector (1) to the connector (5) of the light (2).
(c) Install the light (2) in the housing and hold it.
(d) Tighten the four fasteners (4).
Subtask 33-12-13-020-056-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) FOR [36LE] (LT-MAIN INSTRUMENT PNL, F/O)
(a) Install a new AIPC 33-12-13-01-010 BULB (3).
(b) Connect the electrical connector (1) to the connector (5) of the light (2).
(c) Install the light (2) in the housing and hold it.
(d) Tighten the four fasteners (4).
(2) FOR [37LE] (LT-MAIN INSTRUMENT PNL, CAPT)
(a) Install a new AIPC 33-12-13-02-010 BULB (3).
(b) Connect the electrical connector (1) to the connector (5) of the light (2).
(c) Install the light (2) in the housing and hold it.
(d) Tighten the four fasteners (4).
C. Removal of the Bulb of the Captain or F/O Main Instrument-Panel-Light
(1) Hold the light (2) and loosen the four fasteners (3).
(2) Remove the light (2) from its housing.
(3) Disconnect the electrical connector (1) from the related light (2).
(4) For the sliding window light:
(a) Remove the defective bulb (4).
(5) For the front table light:
(a) Remove the two screws (8).
(b) Remove the transparent cover (7) from the seal (9).
Subtask 33-12-13-420-056-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Hold the light (2) and loosen the four fasteners (3).
(2) Remove the light (2) from its housing.
(3) Disconnect the electrical connector (1) from the related light (2).
(4) For the sliding window light:
(a) Remove the defective bulb (4).
(5) For the front table light:
(a) Remove the two screws (8).
(b) Remove the transparent cover (7) from the seal (9).
NOTE: Do not remove the seal (9).
(c) Remove the defective bulb (6). D. Installation of the Bulb of the Captain or F/O Main Instrument-Panel-Light
(1) FOR [36LE] (LT-MAIN INSTRUMENT PNL, F/O)
(a) For the sliding window light:
1 Install a new AIPC 33-12-13-01-010 BULB (4).
2 Connect the electrical connector (1) to the connector (10) of the light (2).
3 Install the light (2) in the housing and hold it.
4 Tighten the four fasteners (3).
(b) For the front table light:
1 Install a new AIPC 33-12-13-01-030 BULB (6).
2 Install the transparent cover (7) in position on the seal (9).
3 Install the two screws (8) and tighten them.
4 Connect the electrical connector (1) to the connector (10) of the light (2).
5 Install the light (2) in the housing and hold it.
6 Tighten the four fasteners (3).
(2) FOR [37LE] (LT-MAIN INSTRUMENT PNL, CAPT)
(a) For the sliding window light:
1 Install a new AIPC 33-12-13-02-010 BULB (4).
2 Connect the electrical connector (1) to the connector (10) of the light (2).
3 Install the light (2) in the housing and hold it.
4 Tighten the four fasteners (3).
(b) For the front table light:
1 Install a new AIPC 33-12-13-02-110 BULB (6).
2 Install the transparent cover (7) in position on the seal (9).
3 Install the two screws (8) and tighten them.
4 Connect the electrical connector (1) to the connector (10) of the light (2).
5 Install the light (2) in the housing and hold it.
6 Tighten the four fasteners (3).
Subtask 33-12-13-865-065-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) FOR [36LE] (LT-MAIN INSTRUMENT PNL, F/O)
(a) For the sliding window light:
1 Install a new AIPC 33-12-13-01-010 BULB (4).
2 Connect the electrical connector (1) to the connector (10) of the light (2).
3 Install the light (2) in the housing and hold it.
4 Tighten the four fasteners (3).
(b) For the front table light:
1 Install a new AIPC 33-12-13-01-030 BULB (6).
2 Install the transparent cover (7) in position on the seal (9).
3 Install the two screws (8) and tighten them.
4 Connect the electrical connector (1) to the connector (10) of the light (2).
5 Install the light (2) in the housing and hold it.
6 Tighten the four fasteners (3).
(2) FOR [37LE] (LT-MAIN INSTRUMENT PNL, CAPT)
(a) For the sliding window light:
1 Install a new AIPC 33-12-13-02-010 BULB (4).
2 Connect the electrical connector (1) to the connector (10) of the light (2).
3 Install the light (2) in the housing and hold it.
4 Tighten the four fasteners (3).
(b) For the front table light:
1 Install a new AIPC 33-12-13-02-110 BULB (6).
2 Install the transparent cover (7) in position on the seal (9).
3 Install the two screws (8) and tighten them.
4 Connect the electrical connector (1) to the connector (10) of the light (2).
5 Install the light (2) in the housing and hold it.
6 Tighten the four fasteners (3).
E. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s):
