A. Removal of the Servo-Control
(1) Precaution:
(3) Connect a hose to the valve (8).
(4) Slowly loosen the nut (7) to open the valve (8) and drain the hydraulic fluid.
(5) When no more fluid flows out, remove the hose and tighten the nut (7) to close the valve (8).
(6) Disconnect the hydraulic couplings (1) and (5) and put the PLUG - BLANKING in position.
(a) Make marks on the pipes to identify their positions and to prevent incorrect connection during the installation.
(7) Disconnect the hydraulic couplings (11) and (12) and put the PLUG - BLANKING in position.
(a) Make marks on the pipes to identify their positions and to prevent incorrect connection during the installation.
(8) Lift the heat shrink sleeve (2) until you can disconnect the electrical connector (4).
(9) Disconnect the electrical connector (4). Put CAP - BLANKING on the disconnected electrical connector.
(10) Removal of the lockwire
(11) Remove the screws (10).
(12) Remove the servo control (6).
(1) Precaution:
NOTE: When you remove the rubber protective coating, use a SPATULA - NON METALLIC to prevent damage to the surfaces of the components.
(2) Remove the cap (9). (3) Connect a hose to the valve (8).
(4) Slowly loosen the nut (7) to open the valve (8) and drain the hydraulic fluid.
