Removal of the Pressure Transducers
WARNING:
MAKE SURE THAT ALL THE CIRCUITS IN MAINTENANCE ARE ISOLATED BEFORE YOU SUPPLY ELECTRICAL POWER TO THE AIRCRAFT. UNWANTED ELECTRICAL POWER CAN BE DANGEROUS.

A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Depressurize the Yellow hydraulic system (Ref. AMM TASK 29-10-00-864-002).
(2) Push the pressure release button on the pressure relief valve 3067GM to depressurize the alternate brake system.
(3) Make sure that the pressure on the gauge 2585GM decreases to the fill pressure of the accumulator 2582GM (Ref. AMM TASK 32-44-11-200-001).
Subtask 32-44-18-010-050-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL Subtask 32-44-18-869-051-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Depressurize the Yellow hydraulic system (Ref. AMM TASK 29-10-00-864-002).
(2) Push the pressure release button on the pressure relief valve 3067GM to depressurize the alternate brake system.
(3) Make sure that the pressure on the gauge 2585GM decreases to the fill pressure of the accumulator 2582GM (Ref. AMM TASK 32-44-11-200-001).
C. Disconnection of the PTU Isolation Coupling
(1) Depressurize the reservoir of the Yellow hydraulic system (Ref. AMM TASK 29-14-00-614-001).
(2) Disconnect the PTU isolation coupling (Ref. AMM TASK 29-23-00-860-001).
(3) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) in position.
(4) Put the CONTAINER 5 L (1.32 USGAL) in position below the pressure transducers 62GG and 63GG to collect the hydraulic fluid leakage.
Subtask 32-44-18-865-050-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Depressurize the reservoir of the Yellow hydraulic system (Ref. AMM TASK 29-14-00-614-001).
(2) Disconnect the PTU isolation coupling (Ref. AMM TASK 29-23-00-860-001).
(3) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) in position.
(4) Put the CONTAINER 5 L (1.32 USGAL) in position below the pressure transducers 62GG and 63GG to collect the hydraulic fluid leakage.

E. Safety Precautions
(1) Put the WARNING NOTICE(S) in the position to tell persons not to pressurize the Yellow hydraulic system:

- on the panel 40VU in the cockpit,
- on the ground service panel of the Yellow hydraulic system.
Subtask 32-44-18-020-050-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Removal of the pressure Transducers 62GG, 63GG
(2) Disconnect the electrical connectors (8) and (15) from the pressure transducers (3) and (16).
(3) Put the CAP-BLANKING on each disconnected electrical connector and receptacle.
(4) Remove the nuts (6) and (9), the bolts (4) and (13), the washers (5) and (12) and the bonding strap (10).
(5) Move the bonding strap (11) away from the transducer (16) and remove the clamps (7) and (14).
(6) Remove the nuts (18), the bolts (17) and the pressure transducers (3) and (16) from the manifold assembly (1).
(7) Remove and discard the packings (2).
(8) Put the PLUG-BLANKING in each disconnected line end.
WARNING:
OBEY THE HYDRAULIC SAFETY PROCEDURES.
(1) Obey the hydraulic safety procedures (Ref. AMM TASK 29-00-00-910-002). (2) Disconnect the electrical connectors (8) and (15) from the pressure transducers (3) and (16).
(3) Put the CAP-BLANKING on each disconnected electrical connector and receptacle.
(4) Remove the nuts (6) and (9), the bolts (4) and (13), the washers (5) and (12) and the bonding strap (10).
(5) Move the bonding strap (11) away from the transducer (16) and remove the clamps (7) and (14).
(6) Remove the nuts (18), the bolts (17) and the pressure transducers (3) and (16) from the manifold assembly (1).
(7) Remove and discard the packings (2).
(8) Put the PLUG-BLANKING in each disconnected line end.
