   (1) Make sure that the WARNING NOTICE(S) are in position to tell persons not to pressurize the Yellow hydraulic system:
  • on the panel 40VU in the cockpit,
  • on the ground service panel of the Yellow hydraulic system.

D. Preparation for Installation
   (1) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
   (2) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
   (3) Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.

B. Fill the accumulator (1) with nitrogen (Ref. AMM TASK 12-14-32-614-002).

C. Visual Inspection
   (1) Make sure that there are no leaks.
   (2) Make sure that the pressure in the accumulator is stable.
   (3) Make sure that the cap (2) is installed on the charging valve (3).

D. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s):

A. Close Access
   (1) Remove the WARNING NOTICE(S).
   (2) Remove the access platform(s).
   (3) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
   (4) Close the right MLG door (Ref. AMM TASK 32-12-00-410-001).
   (5) Remove the ground support and maintenance equipment, the special and standard tools and all other items.
