Subtask 32-43-11-860-051-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Make sure that the ground service network is energized (Ref. AMM TASK 24-42-00-861-001).
(2) Make sure that the warning notice to tell persons not to operate the brake pedals is in position in the cockpit.
(3) Make sure that the ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) is in position at the access door 811.
(4) Make sure that the access door 811 is open.
4. Procedure(1) Make sure that the ground service network is energized (Ref. AMM TASK 24-42-00-861-001).
(2) Make sure that the warning notice to tell persons not to operate the brake pedals is in position in the cockpit.
(3) Make sure that the ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) is in position at the access door 811.
(4) Make sure that the access door 811 is open.
Subtask 32-43-11-560-050-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Preparation of the Brake Control Reservoir before Installation
(1) Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.
(2) Remove the blanking plugs from the bleed screw (15) and the union (9).
(3) Apply Phosphate Ester Hydraulic Fluid-General Power - - (Material No.02ABA1) :
(5) TORQUE the union (11) to between 1.2 and 1.1 m.daN (106.19 and 97.35 lbf.in )

Subtask 32-43-11-420-050-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.
(2) Remove the blanking plugs from the bleed screw (15) and the union (9).
(3) Apply Phosphate Ester Hydraulic Fluid-General Power - - (Material No.02ABA1) :
- To the threads of the union (11)
- To the threads of the bleed screw (15)
- To the new AIPC 32-43-01-02-060 PACKING (10).
- To the new AIPC 32-43-01-01-150 WASHER-SEAL (14).
(5) TORQUE the union (11) to between 1.2 and 1.1 m.daN (106.19 and 97.35 lbf.in )
. B. Installation of the Brake Control Hydraulic Reservoir (1)
(1) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(2) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(3) Put the brake control reservoir (1) in position on its support (4).
(4) Install the bolts (2), the washers (3), the nuts (5) and tighten.
(5) Remove the PLUG-BLANKING from each disconnected line end.
(6) Install the new washer-seal (14) in the drain hose union (13).
(7) Connect the drain hose (13) to the bleed screw (15).
(8) TORQUE the drain hose to between 1.65 and 1.35 m.daN (146.02 and 119.47 lbf.in )

(9) Connect the hydraulic hose (12) to the union (11).
(10) TORQUE the hydraulic hose (12) to between 1.7 and 1.5 m.daN (12.54 and 11.06 lbf.ft )

Subtask 32-43-11-612-050-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL Subtask 32-43-11-710-050-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(2) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(3) Put the brake control reservoir (1) in position on its support (4).
(4) Install the bolts (2), the washers (3), the nuts (5) and tighten.
(5) Remove the PLUG-BLANKING from each disconnected line end.
(6) Install the new washer-seal (14) in the drain hose union (13).
(7) Connect the drain hose (13) to the bleed screw (15).
(8) TORQUE the drain hose to between 1.65 and 1.35 m.daN (146.02 and 119.47 lbf.in )
. (9) Connect the hydraulic hose (12) to the union (11).
(10) TORQUE the hydraulic hose (12) to between 1.7 and 1.5 m.daN (12.54 and 11.06 lbf.ft )
. D. Operational test
(1) Do the operational test of the alternate braking system. (Ref. AMM TASK 32-43-00-710-001)

A. Close access
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Close the access door 811.
(3) Remove the access platform(s).
(4) Remove the WARNING NOTICE(S).
