B. Safety precaution
(1) In the cockpit, put a WARNING NOTICE(S) in position to tell persons not to operate the brake pedals.

C. Get access
(1) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) in position at the access door 811.
(2) Open the access door 811.

Subtask 32-43-11-860-050-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Draining of the Brake Control Hydraulic Reservoir
(1) Put a CONTAINER 5 L (1.32 USGAL) near the brake control reservoir (2624GM).
(2) Remove the plug (8) and the seal (7) from the valve (6).
(3) Install a ADAPTER - FILLER or equivalent on the valve (6).
(5) Use the knob on the filler adaptor to move the striker forward to bleed the brake control reservoir.
(7) Remove the bleed hose, the filler adaptor and the container.
(8) Install the seal (7) and the plug (8) on the valve (6).
Subtask 32-43-11-020-051-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Put a CONTAINER 5 L (1.32 USGAL) near the brake control reservoir (2624GM).
(2) Remove the plug (8) and the seal (7) from the valve (6).
(3) Install a ADAPTER - FILLER or equivalent on the valve (6).
NOTE: Before you connect the filler adaptor to the valve (6), turn the knob fully to the left to make sure that the striker is fully rearward.
(4) Connect a HOSE - BLEED on the filler adaptor and put the other end in the container. (5) Use the knob on the filler adaptor to move the striker forward to bleed the brake control reservoir.
NOTE: You must do this operation with a smooth movement to prevent damage to the valve mechanism.
(6) When the brake control reservoir is bled, turn the knob fully to the left to move the striker rearward. (7) Remove the bleed hose, the filler adaptor and the container.
(8) Install the seal (7) and the plug (8) on the valve (6).
B. Removal of the Brake Control Reservoir
(1) Disconnect the drain hose (13) from the bleed screw (15).
(2) Remove and discard the washer seal (14).
(3) Disconnect the hydraulic hose (12) from the brake control reservoir (1).
(4) Put the PLUG-BLANKING in each disconnected line end.
(5) Hold the brake control reservoir (1), remove the nuts (5), the bolts (2) and the washers (3).
(6) Remove the brake control reservoir (1).
(7) On the brake control reservoir (1), remove and retain the union (11).
(8) Remove and discard the packing (10).
(9) Install the PLUG - BLANKING on the bleed screw (15) and on the union (9) of the brake control reservoir (1).
(1) Disconnect the drain hose (13) from the bleed screw (15).
(2) Remove and discard the washer seal (14).
(3) Disconnect the hydraulic hose (12) from the brake control reservoir (1).
(4) Put the PLUG-BLANKING in each disconnected line end.
(5) Hold the brake control reservoir (1), remove the nuts (5), the bolts (2) and the washers (3).
(6) Remove the brake control reservoir (1).
(7) On the brake control reservoir (1), remove and retain the union (11).
(8) Remove and discard the packing (10).
(9) Install the PLUG - BLANKING on the bleed screw (15) and on the union (9) of the brake control reservoir (1).
