   (1) Depressurize the Green hydraulic system (Ref. AMM TASK 29-10-00-864-001).

B. Get Access
   (1) Open the right MLG door (Ref. AMM TASK 32-12-00-010-001).

C. Disconnection of the Isolation Coupling
   (1) Depressurize the reservoir of the Green hydraulic system (Ref. AMM TASK 29-14-00-614-001).
   (2) Disconnect the PTU isolation coupling (Ref. AMM TASK 29-23-00-860-001).
   (3) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) in position.
   (4) Put the CONTAINER 5 L (1.32 USGAL) below the throttle valve 2581GM to collect the hydraulic fluid leakage.

E. Safety Precautions
   (1) Put the WARNING NOTICE(S) in position to tell persons not to pressurize the Green hydraulic system:
  • On the panel 40VU in the cockpit
  • On the ground service panel of the Green hydraulic system.
4. Procedure
Subtask 32-42-76-020-051-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Removal of the Throttle Valve
   (1) Obey the hydraulic safety procedures (Ref. AMM TASK 29-00-00-910-002).
   (2) Disconnect the connectors (2) and (5) and remove the throttle valve (1) with the elbow (4) from the automatic selector (6).
   (3) Remove the elbow (4) and the packing (3) from the throttle valve (1). Discard the packing (3).
   (4) Put the PLUG-BLANKING in each disconnected line end.
