A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Make sure that the Green hydraulic system is depressurized and put it in the maintenance configuration.
(Ref. AMM TASK 29-00-00-864-001)
(2) Depressurize the reservoir of the Green hydraulic system
(Ref. AMM TASK 29-14-00-614-001)
Subtask 32-31-57-941-050-A (1) Make sure that the Green hydraulic system is depressurized and put it in the maintenance configuration.
(Ref. AMM TASK 29-00-00-864-001)
(2) Depressurize the reservoir of the Green hydraulic system
(Ref. AMM TASK 29-14-00-614-001)
B. Safety Precautions
(1) In the cockpit, on the panel 400VU put WARNING NOTICE(S) in position to tell persons not to operate the landing gear control lever.
(2) Put WARNING NOTICE(S) in position to tell persons not to pressurize the Green hydraulic system:
(4) Put the CONTAINER 5 L (1.32 USGAL) in position below the restrictor valve (2535GM) to collect the hydraulic fluid leakage.
Subtask 32-31-57-010-050-A (1) In the cockpit, on the panel 400VU put WARNING NOTICE(S) in position to tell persons not to operate the landing gear control lever.
(2) Put WARNING NOTICE(S) in position to tell persons not to pressurize the Green hydraulic system:
- on the panel 40VU in the cockpit,
- on the ground service panel of the Green hydraulic system access door (197CB).
(4) Put the CONTAINER 5 L (1.32 USGAL) in position below the restrictor valve (2535GM) to collect the hydraulic fluid leakage.
C. Get Access
(1) Open the doors of the nose landing gear (Ref. AMM TASK 32-22-00-010-001).
(2) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 3M (10 FT)- ADJUSTABLE in position in zone 123.
4. Procedure(1) Open the doors of the nose landing gear (Ref. AMM TASK 32-22-00-010-001).
(2) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 3M (10 FT)- ADJUSTABLE in position in zone 123.
Subtask 32-31-57-020-051-A
A. Removal of the Restrictor Valve
(1) Disconnect the hydraulic line (3) and put a PLUG - BLANKING on the disconnected line end.
(2) Disconnect the hydraulic line (1) and put a PLUG - BLANKING on the disconnected line end.
(3) Remove the restrictor valve (2).
(1) Disconnect the hydraulic line (3) and put a PLUG - BLANKING on the disconnected line end.
(2) Disconnect the hydraulic line (1) and put a PLUG - BLANKING on the disconnected line end.
(3) Remove the restrictor valve (2).
