A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
   (1) Energize the aircraft electrical circuits (Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-861-002).
   (2) Depressurize the Green hydraulic system (Ref. AMM TASK 29-10-00-864-001).

B. Get Access
   (1) Open the left MLG door (Ref. AMM TASK 32-12-00-010-001).

C. Disconnection of the PTU Isolation coupling
   (1) Depressurize the reservoir of the Green hydraulic system (Ref. AMM TASK 29-14-00-614-001).
   (2) Disconnect the PTU isolation coupling (Ref. AMM TASK 29-23-00-860-001).
   (3) Obey the flight configuration precautions (Ref. AMM TASK 32-00-00-860-001).
   (4) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 1M(3 FT) in position.
   (5) Put the CONTAINER - HYDRAULIC FLUID RESISTANT below the check valves to collect the hydraulic fluid leakage.

E. Safety Precautions
   (1) Put the WARNING NOTICE(S) in the position to tell persons not to pressurize the Green hydraulic system:
  • On the panel 40VU in the cockpit
  • On the ground service panel of the Green hydraulic system.
4. Procedure
Subtask 32-31-36-020-051-A
A. Removal of the Check Valve 2519GM
   (1) Obey the hydraulic safety procedures (Ref. AMM TASK 29-00-00-910-002).
   (2) Disconnect the connectors (8), (9) and (14) from the union (11).
   (3) Disconnect connector (10) and remove the union (11) with the check valve (13).
   (4) Remove the check valve (13) from the union (11).
   (5) Remove and discard the packing (12).
   (6) Remove the check valve 2519GM.
   (7) Put the PLUG-BLANKING in each disconnected line end.

B. Removal of the Check Valve 2525GM
   (1) Obey the hydraulic safety procedures (Ref. AMM TASK 29-00-00-910-002).
   (2) Disconnect the connector (3).
   (3) Remove the check valve (4) from the manifold (6).
   (4) Remove and discard the packing (5).
   (5) Remove the check valve 2525GM.
   (6) Put the PLUG-BLANKING in each disconnected line end.

C. Removal of the Check Valve 2529GM
   (1) Obey the hydraulic safety procedures (Ref. AMM TASK 29-00-00-910-002).
   (2) Disconnect the connectors (15) from the union (2).
   (3) Disconnect the connector (1) from check valve (7) and remove the union (2).
   (4) Remove the check valve (7) from the manifold (6).
   (5) Remove and discard the packing (5).
   (6) Remove the check valve 2529GM.
   (7) Put the PLUG-BLANKING in each disconnected line end.
