A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
   (1) Energize the aircraft electrical circuits
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-861-002).

B. Get Access
   (1) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 3M (10 FT)- ADJUSTABLE in position, below access door 824.
   (2) Open access door 824 (Ref. AMM TASK 52-41-00-010-002).
   (3) For the location of the WGL-DAR, refer to paragraph Component Location (Ref. AMM D/O 31-36-00-00).

A. Adjust the actual Date and Time

  • Push the MODE button.
  • SYSTEM STATE comes into view.
  • Push the + button again and again until the UNIT INFO message shows on display.
  • UNIT INFO comes into view.
  • Push the SEL button.
  • DATE!TIME comes into view.
  • Push the SEL button.
  • DISPLAY comes into view.
  • Push the SEL button.
  • YYYY:MM:DD
    HH:MM:SS comes into view.
NOTE: This is the current date and time Universal Time, Coordinated (UTC).
  • Push the MODE button.
NOTE: To cancel the procedure at this time, push the MODE button again and again until the UNIT INFO message comes into view.
  • DISPLAY comes into view.
  • Push the + button again and again until the SET message comes into view.
  • SET comes into view.
  • Push the SEL button.
  • YYY_:MM:DD
    HH:MM:SS comes into view.
NOTE: The underscore cursor shows that you can change the date and time.
  • Push the SEL button to change the date or time.
NOTE: You can change the year, month, day, hour, minute and second independently. Use the + and - buttons to select the part of the date/time to be changed.
  • A block cursor flashes on the selected character.
  • Push the + and - buttons to enter the correct date/time in UTC.

  • Push SEL button to enter the value. Repeat the last 2 steps to change the other sections.

  • After you changed the last section, push the MODE button.
  • +CONFIRM UPDATE.
    -DISCARD UPDATE comes into view.
  • Push the + or - button to validate or discard the changes.
NOTE: If you validate the changes, wait for the WGL-DAR to reboot.
If you discard the changes, continue with the next step.
  • SYSTEM WILL
    NOW REBOOT comes into view.
NOTE: The reboot procedure is completed in approximately 5 minutes. After reboot, the WGL-DAR is prepared for operation with the new date and time.
  • Push the MODE button again and again until the UNIT INFO message comes into view.
  • UNIT INFO comes into view.
  • Push the - button again and again until the SYSTEM STATE message comes into view.
  • SYSTEM STATE comes into view.
  • Push the SEL button.
  • STATUS comes into view.
5. Close-up

A. Close Access
   (1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
   (2) Close access door 824 (Ref. AMM TASK 52-41-00-410-002).
   (3) Remove the access platform(s).
