A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
   (1) Energize the aircraft electrical circuits
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-861-002).
   (2) Make sure that the aircraft is in Ground configuration (Landing Gear compressed and all Engines stopped).
   (3) On overhead maintenance panel 50VU, push the FADEC GND PWR ENG1 and ENG2 pushbutton-switches (on the pushbutton switch, the ON legend comes on).

A. Do the FDIMU Fault Monitoring Test (AIDS Part)
   (1) On the overhead panel, on the ADIRS CDU:
  • Set the OFF/NAV/ATT selector switches related to IR1, IR2 and IR3 to NAV position.
  • Make sure that ADR1, ADR2 and ADR3 pushbutton switches are in the ON position (with the FAULT and OFF legends off).
NOTE: If different CFDIU standard is installed, the MCDU display will show DMU or AIDS related to the used standard.
